Customer service is good and the service personnel are friendly. But they seldom uses tongs while picking sweets and use bare hands. Additionally the sweets above the glass top donot remain cover and gets exposed to dust and droplets.Sweets are reasonable, a little above economical, lacks variety but overall is good .
