Full planned trap, booked one plot 2018, as per their sales person ready to move plot within 8 months, even their office executive dramatically sold bunglow plot for fast possession, paid full amount , done registration within 1 month on 2018. Today 15.10.2020 , 2 years 4 months gone till now I dont know which plot they sold to me. Visited many times their office, request them but only sentence shut my mouth They are only customer support team everything depends on management .PLOT NO. C-29 , Fresco Fountain City.For their cool minded trap I lost many things but now helpless.

Since past 1 year after doing the full payment I am running behind them for registry the only thing they are saying is it is being processed. Such a big real estate with such fraudulent behaviour totally unacceptable

Vriddhi is a real estate company selling plots of land and bungalows in thier projects. They hav multiple projects in areas south of Thakurpukur. Before visiting the ofis, do make prior appointment and know the person of contact otherwise the security people pose threat. The rest are good.
