Great place having wide collection of musical instruments. The best part is the proactive and friendly behviour of Samarpan Da and his fellow colleague which touched me the most. I have bought a Kala concert ukulele and the way the demo was given was outstanding! Would like to recommend Pulse to the ones who would like to buy musical instruments. A very good musical store in Salt Lake area. The shop has a good range of musical instruments and their accessories ranging from guitars, ukuleles, drums, synthesizers, harmoniums and many more. The shop is following COVID norms and allowing only 2-3 people inside at any time, which is really appreciable. It accepts all kinds of payments. Highly recommend to visit this place if you want to buy musical instruments.

Tried to call and reach the listed number. After a couple calls saying the number is busy, I finally got a call back. Then the person says it is not the number for Pulse Guitars, Salt Lake. Tried calling back after I saw that the WhatsApp picture for the same number has a picture of Pulses storefront. Whoever is in charge of managing the number is clearly complacent and incapable for running a customer valued business.What a disappointment.

An obvious 5⭐Awesome staffs and great service. Surely they have changed a lot(in a good way) in the last few years. And as far as I could see, they had pretty much nice collection for both beginners and intermediate musicians, and maybe also for experts and professionals too.

They just know, how to sell, but they dont know how to help, if the customer face any problem regarding the product, if the product face any technical issues or problem, which was purchased from them. They take no responsibility, if there is a problem with the product. So, if you Purchase something from another music store, they take the responsibility, if the product face any problem. But this store does not take any responsibility after you buy something from this store.

Worst experience. I went to buy a synthesizer. I even didnt get to check the instrument before purchasing.You have to first close the deal, pay and then only they will unbox the synthesizer.Obviously I left.

Cold, business only, far removed from the traditional music shops where stuff are interested in music / knowledgeable / experts themselves and share their enthusiasm with customers. Here its transactional, come, pay, buy, go. But it does serve a purpose given that there are not many genuin upmarket branded music instruments sellers in thus part of the city.

I visited this amazing shop on 1st of July afternoon at first had to listen to some scolding by the owner then Palash uncle cooperated and helped in attaching the guitar strings. This was my 1st time visiting this shop and had wondered to go inside the shop but due to Covid - 19 didnt get the chance, hope this pandemic ends soon so that I can get a chance to go inside the showroom. I bought a Roland FP10 digital piano from there store. Service was prompt. The staff were very helpful. And it was a LOT cheaper than online.

Bit on the expensive side but you can find anything and everything in regard to musical instruments. They can tune as well as to an annual maintenance for you instruments as well.

Mr. Samarpan Saha from Pulse has been extremely courteous and a man of his words, as he delivered a Yamaha PSR E363 within a days time to my kolkata residence to my parents as I laid out my thoughts only over phone and Whatsapp from Mumbai. He ensured that the video of the product being unboxed is shared to us to relieve us of any product related concern. He personally got it delivered to my parents as well. This is an excellent example of customer service .

Its a good music store. Many brands are there. But not a big collection of acoustic guitar. It has a very big section of classical guitars like Yamaha and Kaps. They have Yamaha c40, cs40, gs and cg. If your start of classical guitar, then its good place.And they dont cheat. They give original and 1st hand instruments. They also sell keyboard, piano, drum, brass etc. But Im a guitar player so I will just review guitar.So I dont know how are they
