After you pay them full...they will not provide any after sale service as if they dont know who are u....plz do not appoint them for any work.....ur money will get wasted

At first we have visited this address. Then theyve taken us to visit their Prince Anwar Shah address. Worst experience ever. Weve believed them and so travelled with them but never thought that these guys just want to make us fool by sending us here and there and their only intention is robbing us and loot our money!! The standard of their products and staffs are so much trashy and irritating, so weve rejected that products and want to leave that place. When they failed to push some disgusting products on us, theyve forcefully tried to take our money and given that worthless, worst quality products to us. At last theyve insulted us and their languages are only nasty slang. No gentleman will visit this type of inferior place owned by some bloody illiterates. Beware of these scoundrels.

If there’s is a lesser rating than 1, this interior company deserves thatPlease never ever approach this interior company for your home, office or any interior work. Once they get the contract and initial amount, they delay the entire work to the infinity. They are more interested in other projects than you, once the advance amount is paid and will provide million excuses for the delays. Please do not expect the levels of professionalism from Pinnacle Interio that you would expect from at least a medium graded interior company. Even the owner, Ms. Suparna Majumder, doesn’t pay any ear to customer complaints and is unaware of proper courtesy or professionalism to talk to customers.Not worth your hard earned money. I am a victim of this interior company which has delayed my work with currently 1 year 6 months running and no end dates yet. I almost have to call the Sales Manager Supriyo Pal everyday to listen to excuses why there has been a delay.
