Very good company.The owner of the company Mr.Nikhil Mandy is a very good person and co-operating

One of the most horrible elevator company or should I say assembler in the city. The owner or the head of the company Mr. Nikhil Nandy needs to learn how to speak to the customer 1st before doing any business. Quality of the car is poor and we are facing problem ever since installed. No one really cares to address the issues. They dont even pay any interest in getting bthe clearance from the authority after the installation which is mandatory in new Town area. I strongly suggest to avoid them if one wants to have a peace of mind in future with the elevator.

They are probably the worst elevator manufacturer. They mostly use refurbished parts. Extremely noisy, jerky and poor build quality. I would rate them probably 1 out of 10.
