Ordered some quantities of plywood for BWP grade, but some qualities of delivered as BWP grade with Pine core and some with BWR grade of different core. Both having hell and heaven difference in quality.I have repeatedly mentioned about the quality should be of BWP category and Pine core during the confirmation of placing the order. Also the same BWP category is mentioned in the challan during delivery.Talked with the concerned person regarding the issue and get the feedback: As both are from different lot/batch (older and newer) so the core is different and also the printed BWR grade is done in mistake in that lot.They mix match different quality product and fool you. Avoid their product if this review is helpful to you.
