Dont ever take ola. Ola has become the most fraud company they have steal my 1023 rupeesOla and its driver is responsible for that. They even not providing any kind of support so that i can get back my money.

Just a few years back ola had made our travels so much easier hassle free but nowadays the cab drivers frequently cancel trips on the basis of their whim.a whole hr of dirvers accepting rides then cancelling was definitely difficult.the trust in ola is definitely gone.

Drivers cancel trips very frequently and the fare increases everytime we book a new trip after cancelation from Drivers end. Uber is better than Ola from that point of view.

Most pathetic service with sub standard riders specialy rectify the Mohammedan riders cz their not well spoken with abuse as well not even that much of sense how to detect roads with gps even over smart with this all r belong from outside of Kolkata so ensure ur selection of riders quality and then hire for a job not a mawali people.

This office is located at sector 5, salt lake area in Infinity Think Tank building.on 1st floor. Every ola cab related issues are resolved here. Car attachment is done from Oxford road. Which is the 2nd road after think tank road. Here employees are friendly. Normal walkings are near about 200 to 250 per day. So everyone have to wait till his number came

From past few months whenever I try to book an OLA bike either it gets cancelled by the driver or there is no bike available but this is not in the case of booking a cab.So this means whether you go alone or with other people,you need to book a cab only which will result in paying more to the company..Right?Then what is the advantage of OLA bike???

Pathetic condition of OLA management in kolkata. Nothing is working. OLA booking cancellation or refusal is a habit. No confidence on ola. If they remove their service, it would be good.

For covid issue ola close their branches office...now this location has no ola office.....but one ola representative is come every working day for solving ola customer and drivers problem.......

Ola Driver is very much lazy and not punctual of time..And they didnt finished my trip and they taken for 1 km 150rs.And waiting to much time inside tarulia 3rd lane, but they didnt come.After that he told you will have to come main rd,Due road conjusted.But tarulia 3rd lane all 4 wheeler passing.This is not good behavior of Driver

The ola experience has been very much disatisfying. For the last two rides i have booked has been cancelled by their side and by the time i got to know that there was ample time left and had to take other measures. These kind of things have not only happened with me but even with my family members who have faced the same situation. And even they charge extra 50INR as cancellation charge and that also for their own fault.

The staff is very helpful. The service is quick. The office is beautiful. Perfect ola experience

Worstest application ever please dont use

HORRIBLE! I took an OLA cab (micro) from Kolkata Airport to 18, Camac Street. The bill flashed Rs 640. I was dropped at the destination and the bill flashed a cutthroat price of Rs 980!!! I paid the bill for the driver said he had no role in it. I decided to not cause any problem to the driver. I shared the incident to some of my friends. They said OLA is often indulging in this kind practice. Before ride the OLA showed Rs 640 and after ride they turned it into Rs 980. This needs to be taken to higher authorities and I am going tom this. This one STAR because I had to!!

At the time of searching of cab its showing 1-2 mint away but after booking its takes around 20-25 mints (some time more than that) to come into the pickup point, I have asked many drivers about this but they unfortunate to give any proper reason. This way Ola delayed my Journey many times. Just because of this Im giving 2 star to Ola.

Toay I tried to board OLA cab at the gate of Presidency University, Kolkata for going to Howrah Railway Station. I failed to get one Cab for my journey. Time of reporting Cab shown at the time of booking was not real. Cabs were shown in the NET that they were moving away from my place of boarding. Somebody( Driver) requested me to reach his convenient point on foot.At last I had to ride a Bus to reach my destination.I would request you to pease take care of customers .

Having a very bad experience with Ola , was set me payment mode in Card and by mistake done the payment in Cash, when called the OLA driver to inform him that sir I have paid in cash while need to pay in card , the driver never inform this to Ola and while I complained against the driver behavior and the Incident , Ola has not taken care of this and every alternative given me a call to pay the dues. so neither i am going to pay double for a single trip and even will take legal action against Ola

I m writer poet and thinker, came to kolkata from mumbai was returning from house of a pet from rathtala at 8 pm on 22nd august booked ola by app of my friends daughter, one more poet was with me he was supposed to go to howrah and myself to tenga I told driver to go via central avenue so that iIcan drop him near m g road to take another cab, the driver started shouting aap ke baap ka noukari nhin hain iItold what ever the differential fare is I will pay, but started shouting , then I told him do not shout take us to nearest police station but he started abusing and park the taxi at bengali mohalla there lot of youngster gathered and the driver tildtthem in bengali some thing and what I can understand is that ye sala buddha gadi me bahut dikha raha tha maro is maderchod ko is gand me ghusa do like that he and the boys heckled me,I am going back with this horrible memory with ola and people of bengal and tall claim of mamta ji and now I can understand the reason of non growth , if they behave guest of state this way who is going to this state.

I forgot my mobile phone in ola cab. When I called the driver, he said that that he will submit it in ola office. When I reaved ola office after a month, they said that no phones have been submitted by that driver. And then I called the drivers no and I found it as switched off. Ola drivers are so greedy people.

I had a terrible experience with OLA cab in Kolkata. on 25th. September , I booked an OlA Cab from inside counter at Kolkata Netaji shubash chandra bose airport at arrival level . With a booking slip , I went outside at OLA pick up center. I was waiting for the Driver. waiting and waiting... I asked the staff on duty to contact the driver . They tried their best to contact the driver to help me. However after 50 min. the driver came . he took me in his car. After getting out of the airport , The driver said me that OLA cancelled his Booking so I have to get off from the car. It was a terrible situation for me because I had luggage with me and it was very difficult to get a taxi in that place. After lots of request The OLA driver arranged a yellow non-A/c taxi for me . From waiting long for the driver at airport to forced getting off from the Ola cab in the middle of the road, the total experience was painful for me. I did not how OLA cancel a booking while passenger in Car. Never ever use OLA Cab in Kolkata.

I am a regular customer of Ola & Uber. Day by day both are increasing their fare. That is also not an issue if they give proper service. Whenever I use Ola share I always reach very late to the destination. Suppose I have to go to the North for 5 kms, the next pick up after me will come from 10 kms away towards the South. We all use cab for reaching a place within time & comfortably. In case of Uber, it is little costlier than Ola but never makes me late. Whenever I select Ola, I am always late.

With OLA,my experience till date has been exceptionally good except for one incident when the driver declined pick up. Apart from commuting I think it would be great if OLA considered an office space in or around south of Kolkata which could enable people like me with limited ambulatory space visit their office for discussion and evaluating a proposition of endorsing a car to their platform.

Ola did not deliberately show any fare estimate this time prior to journey and charged a hopping Rs 922 against normal 350 -400. Ola is cheating customers and found to be a fraud.
