I have worked there for 2. 5 yrs. I have been there since the start day of domestic process and I was the one who was there until the last day of domestic process. I M extremely satisfied for working there for 2.5 yrs. The management staffs are very polite ane well behaved and all celebrations were too good. Salary used to come on or before time. Management has cleared my every payment. I was very much satisfied with Cegura. If I get further chance I will definitely rejoin there. THANKS to Cegura for everything

They will tell u that you will get 14k salary but on d salary date they will give u 6-7K.. salary deduction on literally everything!! according to them they provide paid training LOL😂hilarious!! they treat caller like a slave...extremely pathetic nature..i edited bcz i dnt knw that person name, so wrongly wrote someone else Name.

Average. These people take too much time for interview . And the reception area is small hardly 5people can adjust at the same time . They even didnt turn on a.c. or fan in the reception. if you have too much time in hand then go for interview. Durning lockdown period (now) they hire only for one fixed shift , timing is 1p.m.-9.30p.m. Usually they have drop facility but now when agents need it most , they dont able to give the facility . For work environment , its ok.

One of the worst company I have ever have ! If you fail to acheive ur target in first month! They keep ur salary on hold for sometime! Better not to join this company!!!on top of that so many pressure and stress everday! They only give you the break for only 30 mints in entire 9 hrs of shift ! No second break! Only one break!

The most 3rd grade company i have ever worked. Salary is not on time, management is not good at all, their so called HRs dont even know what in hand salary is, they will tell you something while joining and when u will get your first month salary u will know how liar those HRs are. The work environment is very cheap and i would say its not a good company for girls. Trainer and some Operation people start texting girls while training or when they hit the floor. Many thanks to TL Yogesh who helped me in and out regarding my issues otherwise it would have not possible for me to work over their for one month also.

My experience with this company was not good and not bad... Its ok ok bt tl ramesh das of domestic process mahindra manthan is a real madarchod. Whatever he promise is fake and he doesnt know his work well and to manage the floor.
