The property is almost 2.2 km away from behala Chowrasta DH Road.Nice ambience & community. There is a small playground for children, a Mandir & water treatment plant at the backside of the project.A small project at a reasonable pricing.

We own an unit in block Pluto that has a brilliant open terrace with wonderful views (photos from our terrace shared). The amenities and overall progress has been good, though final handover is on-going (needs to speed up). Some cracks did come up and we hope the builders would take good care of it and ensure it doesnt reappear.

Hi, I am looking for a 3 BHK flat near Behala. Currently I am living at Thakurpukur. I went through this Purti Planet website and found OK. Having good room sizes with all modern amenities. So, before going to finalize I have some queries.It is about 2.5 km from the behala chowrasta DH road. And it is on the right side towards Sakuntala park. Is there any water logged on the roads near the apartment in rainy season? How far it is from the main road chowrasta ?

Its is a very good project. I visited the project, and would like to mention one thing, that not all the towers has roof top tiles, as shown in one of the review picture, (if not deleted). Rather, to be honest, one of the concern is, there are apparent cracks on few towers roof top, which may turn out a big issues later on, if not taken care properly with assurance. Please check pictures posted by Priyanka Sen in google review.

I am one of the owner on neptune block,the initial experience and hospitality was very good.Once the booking and agreement was done and loan hv been disbursed from the bank i was given the possession and allowed to stay on the flat. It was due to their HIRA ACT issue, the registration of the flat was being delayed.Later when it was started, i was forced by the #Purti Realty to do the registration in the given time or they would put a #lock on my flat and wont allow me to stay. I got a call from Ms. Debasmita and Mr. Sandeep that i have to leave my flat as they will put lock on my flat.I was really baffled and confused as never expected that they only given the possession and now threatening to leave home, even after the full payment. I was really disappointed and left my flat on June, 2019 and went to my other home in Hastings, Kolkata.I tried to asked that why they have allowed me to stay before, and its because of them only that the registration has been delayed..Mrs. DEBASMITA told me that they have been told to do so from the departments. I was really embarrassed and saddened by this act.Later when I did the registration they have charged me extra interest for the late registrations also.My question is if i hv left my flat when they told me, then why did they charged me again for the late registration? Even when i was ready for the registration, they escaped by saying we are having some Documentation issues.#And when they are ready, they just threatened me, and didnt allowed me to stay at my own flat and even took the additional charges..

Asking me to pay interest at final demand even if all dues paid advance. They sent me 3.8 lac extra demand. What to do now? Very incompetant customare care.

Have received very bad behaviour from the site incharge Mr.Shyamal.He has created a lot of trouble in our grill work even after clarifying everything before starting our work and has used obscene language against our worker.I request Purti Planet incharge to take care on this matter.
