Wonderful housing complex built by GPS group with all modern amenities. Location is at an upscale part of the city with all daily needs that can be easily accessed. Lovely place to stay in.

Unnecessarily hyped as aGood Society . The builder is so good at fooling people that he is charging for every bit of land. The campus has only 3 towers. No open space as such. The gym, community hall are at the terrace. No temple as well. The builder charges u for everything, whereas he has eaten up half the terrace area. Other societies have gardens, gym etc. in ground floor. Overall.. Not a good deal.

Good complex with enough security guards and intercom service .Although that adds to higher maintenance fee around 2500+ and I believe it will touch 3k+ shortly! Rooms are good but could have been better if they could have designed square/rectangle dinings instead of l shaped dining ..it eats space asthetics. Also the area comes under state electricity ,which leaves frequently 4-6 times sometime a day.. Internet broadband and mobile internet are pretty slow throughout all seasons almost .

Gym but only for owners. Extra security than needed..cameras everywhere in the colony, in the building and even in the lift.

Another excellent project ofvthe GPS group of kolkata.the meena sunrise is located in the dashdrone are of new town rajarhaat.the project is just behindvthe city center 2 mall and approximately 4.5 km away from the kolkata airport.the project is linked with good road frombthe main salua area of new town.there is a local bus stand nearby.the area is well connected with bus,auto and totos.the project has a good all day round security,good maintainenece,lift service,intercom facility,a nice gym a community hall and a beautiful terrace.

There lives a gentleman namely Sujan Sarkar, a kmc employee and a good man by heart
