Its a residential area. I often visit here. Security/Safety and Cleanness is up to the Mark. Towers design good but poorly structured. A year ago it was looking great but now whole structure looks dull. Height Tower - 8, Uniworld City, Rajarhat Newtown, WB - 700156.

Good place

Been in love with this place since the longest time ever.

8th Tower of the Heights series of buildings inside the Uniworld City. It overlooks open fields on one side due to which one gets very good views from the balcony. And the higher floors have superb ventilation. There is always a strong breeze blowing in during the summer months.The apartment complex is around 80 % occupied and mostly outside state people stay on rent. I could make this out by noticing the Car and Bike number plates which are mostly JH, BR, OD or MH. Very few WB vehicles here.

Good and everything is clean and systematically
