Its a residential complex, inside place is very good, community hall, a little water pool, place for some small functions, well connected from Newtown and Airport or Chinar Park. Road condition at the start of Rajarhat Main Road is not good. Bus service is not good either., You need to arrange your own to get there.

Twin complexes within one boundary - Dream Residency and Dream Residency Manor. Very good security and quiet ambience. Good facilities for outdoor activities for toddlers to adults. Good garden to enjoy and walk around. 24 hours water and power.Very proactive residents association who undertakes lot of activities to make the place pleasantly habitable. Visitors car park is there. Overall staying there is a very wholesome experience.

Expected a cleaner society, but apartment complex is not cleaned and not well maintained. Position wise the complex is in a prime location will all amenities available nearby.

Good security, friendly neighborhood and very good accessibility. Spencers and City center 2 is quite close, within 2 kms(accessibility is also great). Rooms are of adequate size

Went to visit a friend residing here. Very spacious and nice flats with parking, lift, swimming pool and other facilities. Nice view too. Peaceful locality and very secured.

The residents are generous and kind hearted people. They donated several bags of clothes to our NGO for slum dwellers.
