This building complex is combination of three buildings in a corner plot of Nawada para bazar. So ground floors are mostly business shops and commercial places. The owner of this plot had many plots in this bazar area which are all ponds. This is the first construction of buildings complex started by a promotor of DumDum area which is totally over the ponds. So he spend lot of money to construct the underground concrete base. As a result he was unavailable to finish the project due to shortage of money. After that the son of landowner started construction with the help of other promoters and finally completed the project. There is no lift facilities or other modern facilities like garages in any building.
