This place is a government residential place. Nice atmosphere

Neat and cleaned govt. Qrs. Well maintained. An wellness clinic under Central government health scheme is also there inside the compound.

Good for nature lovers and a very tidy place but only for CUSTOMS and CGST officers of Central Government

Prime residential location on Eastern bypass,Building outside appearance is shabby, required facelift and maintenance immediately. Custom and excise persons residential accommodation available here.

Located at prime Calcutta location, a housing complex for men and officers of customs and income tax with upto type 5 level accommodation.

All residential flats/apartments are occupying large/excessive area.
