Nice building b+g+18 floor

Location is good, just on the road. This is the only great feature. But the design of the total project is very weird. Even in the largest size flat the bedroom size is small. Project is really very overpriced.

Beautiful Place, not yet to ready for use (15/11/2020) it is now under construction....But the upper view is beautiful from every flats....who want to buy flats you should try for AMISTAD❤️

Beautiful project by PS Group(life for the like minded)

They advertise their project to be in New Town, but actually it is not in a Hidco developed land. Lots of small buildings with few huts around make the surrounding very shabby and wont give you the feeling of the New Town. Prices are too high compared to their flats. The size and shape of the acquired plot is very odd. Cant qualify to be told as a premium project.Its far from being completed. Almost 1 year ago we enquired from them about flats, before going for a much much bigger and better apartment in proper New Town with all good facilities.Though that time they created a false sense of scarcity of their flats telling only few flats remains, they still keep on calling us for selling their flats. After 5 months of enquiring they keep pushing us Sir/Madam, the flat you selected still on hold for you. Please contact. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
