When you purchase any assembled desktop they will not check the machine after the assembly. A big store like this have no idea which motherboard is coming compatible with which processor. They had no idea which UPS is compatible with which machine.Also they assembled the machine with very negligence.If you purchase any assembled desktop, ask them to install at least Linux and check all the usb/audio/lan/hdmi/vga port before you take the machine.They also dont know how to behave with an old customer like me. Ive been their customer for more than 12 years.

We have taken all the previous comments about staff behavior and inconvenience to customers seriously and totally changed the staff at the shop.We apologize for all previous issues with a promise of much improved customer service from now.

The owner of the shop should be aware of the staff behaviour which had affected a 5year long customer like me. I had requested for a duplicate copy of an invoice as I had lost the original due to theft 1year back. Even after explaining the situation this idiotic staff kept on making personal comments stating I had deliberately lost it.....as now its a big headache for him to give me an invoice copy to initate my motherboard replacement. I no longer recommend anyone to visit untill the staff is replaced and I am been answered for such harrasment.
