Pathetic behaviour! The guy Nadeem who calls himself the manager doesnt have any professional courtesy. My apple watch was supposed to be fixed in 2 hours. He delivered after 3 days. I had to go the store multiple times. He delivered the watch as if he is doing a favour to me.

Pathetic service...u have to visit the centre innumerable number of times...their technician fail to diagnose the problem of laptops n apply trial n error method... customer has to suffer...Thiefs...I doubt they dont change parts...They got another shop in E Mall named Galaxy something...All r same...Dont ever go to these shops

Visited their shop, promised that they would replace the Western Digital Hard Disk with an identical one, came back after wasting an hour with a Toshiba Hard Disk . When I told them that I dont want that hard disk then, the shopkeeper & an old man with orange beard started pressurizing us to pay Rs 300 just for opening the screws & looking at the hard disk. A bunch of scammers. DONT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

One of the worst in Kolkata. It doesnt mean when you open a shop in a complex you become great. Learn to talk in manner with customers first.

This shop is a scam. Poor support, charged me a tonne, but laptop stopped working a day later. Exactly the same problem. I returned, they started asking more money, arguing it was a different problem.Top level crooks running a scam. Stay away.
