Lately with online stores, these stores seems to be out of place now. Everything in store is overpriced and store seems to be over crowded all the times. One can get every sort of electronic appliances here. They have good collection of mobile and laptop accessories. Salespersons gives you quick idea about the product your looking at and they also give you a demo of the product, incase you need it.

This is the park street branch. The repairing shop of electronic gadgets and the stock of fresh electronic gadgets are really good.

I have purchased one HP Laptop on 14th September from this shop. Mr. Pradip Ghatak insisted us to buy the display model and he ensured that it is only there in display for 2 days. He didnt inform us about the terms and conditions, replacement policy and also didnt even bothered to share Microsoft office login credentials. The laptop had a lot of technological errors, hanging issue and it was super slow.also laptop asking several updates everyday . We went to chandni chawk hp service centre they asked to update but nothing helped so we went back to reliance digital shop.the executive denied that he mentioned it was a 2 day display model. He was super arrogant and threatened us that we can launch a complaint against him with his ID card.He didnt even bothered to listen to our query .we have paid 50k by cash and recieved a very bad customer service. Dissatisfied and disappointed

Very Poor Experience yesterday... went to buy a One plus tv 43 inches- the price on reliance digital website is 23999 however in store they are selling at 25999 .... in the website they are giving 15& cash back unto 3000 on citi bank credit card and in the store they are giving a cashback of Rs 1500....This is cheating !

I came to the Reliance Digital Store for jio SIM card replacement. But They sent me back three times. Because they once said that the GD will need.Next time the passport size photo is required to say,Then says all the documents will need Xerox.When I got everything Then they say we do not have the SIM card available.Then I told them that you do not want to give me SIM card.Then they made it clear I can not give it.Why such a Behavior with a customer?I did not expect so bad Behavior from Reliance.

Nice collection of laptops. I was there for jio-fi. It took nearly 20 min to purchase, phone verification and activating the service. Online documentation makes it more convenient to get a simcard or connection.

I wanted to buy a Redmi Note 8 (4GB/64GB) and had called up their store in advance. The salesperson assured me that the phone was available and informed me the price.I reached the store on the same day, and immediately the same person again reassured me that the phone was available, but started showing me other models and brands. I told him I was interested in the Redmi Note 8 only. Then he started looking for it, and (surprise, surprise!) they didnt have it in the showroom! He assured us they would get it from the warehouse, that there was a phone available there, and we may have to wait for some time.In the meantime, one saleswoman started persuading us to look at different phones. She was very condescending, and told us, You dont have anything to do anyways, you have to wait. She behaved as if we had no knowledge about phones and tried to imply that the phone we wanted to buy was of inferior quality, since they did not have it.After some time, on enquiring, they informed that they could not get the phone after all. They tried to laugh off and justify their actions saying You did not confirm that you were coming to the store.I find it very unprofessional to lie about the availablity of a product while on the phone, and to try and sell different products when you actually take the effort to reach the store. I ended up ordering the phone online. In this age of online shopping, trust and service are the reasons one opts for stores. Reliance digital has disappointed me in this regard.

I had bought an AC (Daikin)and they had delivered different units (indoor was inverter and out door unit was non inverter). They had already installed that indoor unit. After several follow up followed by my visit at the store they dis installed that after 7 days and a new AC (Hitachi) was installed as the Daikin model sold to me was out of stock. I had taken that by Bajaj finserv.Surprisingly they did not cancel loan documents against the wrong AC delivered to my place resulting Bajaj had charged me EMIs for both these products.Pathetic customer service.. Bunch of illiterate, unprofessional and sub standard people are working in that store. They have no courtesy as how to talk to a lady customer. Only thing they are expert in push selling their own products and accessories/insurance etc. Surprisingly I have bought so many apple products from iStore (Park Street) and all of them working there are so nice and professional.I had done this biggest mistake by taking this product from this store. I will not refer this store to anyone!!

The lady salesperson was atrocious. This shows that Reliance do not train their salespersons after recruiting them. They do not know the basic manners of addressing customers and they should not be standing there and assess anybodys age. I being a Doctor and my mother is an educated lady , she started addressing me as if I am a child and my mother was treated like an uneducated villager. If this is the standard of your work culture then I am sorry to say that Reliance Mani Square will go to the dumpyard very soon. Please teach them manners if you want more customers.

Worst place to go at for any services..The Jio sim I took from here is not yet activated its been more than a month.. A day or two is understandable..chalo given the high volume a week is also justified.. but more than a month.. its stupidity...An to add to this.. no one will ever pick up the phone there.. they must be using it as a paper weight i believe.. U cannot expect a person to travel to your store every now and then just to hear ho jaega sir do char din me...simply fakers..!!!
