Newly erected shopping mall and commercial place .not easy access . People who wants to shop at this place should prepare for the poor mobile network at the basement. No special arrangements for the disabled people from the main entrance . Food court is excellent . Lot of items of daily demand are available here . Its a residential place also .

I have been facing issues with Insurance claim of my damaged mobile which I have purchased from there last year. Last week I visited them and asked to assist with the claim but they denied saying it has to be done by customer only. Whereas just few days back The entire claim process was done by the sales agent from Mani Square E zone when we didnt even have the mobile bill.but the claim was registered smoothly by that person . And lake town ezone people saying they cant register any claim. I agreed and registered the claim myself following documents submission. But Since the invoice is little old and has faded away to some extent, Insurance company is not accepting it as proof of purchase. I have reached out to e zone requesting for a fresh invoice but they dont have it in their records . I asked them to have a talk with Insurance company and get it done but then they are not receiving calls . I am going to visit there tomorrow but before that I am writing this review to warn them against their bad services.

Stock was not good. Hardly any staff present. Lack of light in store.

Extreme poor services, most of the sales person dont know what they are selling. Please avoid at all cost. Unless you have no other option then only you can visit.

Bought Koryo TV from them. Received TV the very next day but till now installation hasnt happen. They are not picking the call also
