This is the worst computer shop I would never recommend anyone to this fraudulent shop. My experience was so terrible, when I went to this shop for replacement my laptops LCD the shop owner gave misleading information Without my consent the shop owner replaced with a old used defective lcd that did not even worked for a month Not only that they broke my hinges Tattered cable wires and much more... after all theseThis shop owner was not ready to accept his fault at all. He charged Rs.7000/- nothing got fixed. Later I had to visit another shop where they replaced with new lcd and fixed other issues.

The behavious and treatment to the customers by the employees are awesome and the way they listen to problems and solve as requirement was way better than anything. Had a great experience over there and the services arr price compatible. 😀

The worst places you can give your laptop for repair. i strongly recommend you do not give your expensive laptop to this place for repair.1) they couldnt repair the laptop after keeping it for more than 2 weeks.2) lost all officials screws outside and inside.3) broke internal pins4) told me screws are not important so i shouldnt worry about them.5) tried to replace original power adaptor with generic Chinese adaptor and then told me they are all the same6) droped thermal paste all over the motherboard and told me its okay ( i never had any issues with cooling so there was no need of reapplying thermal paste)7) broke my laptop more than initial damage and now i have to pay double at a different place to repair original damage and the damage caused by the shop8) refused to acknowledge their mistake and straight up asked me to leave with my extra damaged machine9) they dont have inhouse technicians .. they outsource it to local repair guys who cant even disassemble or reassemble a laptop.i dont even trust the parts they sell are original i am pretty sure most items they sell are genuine lookkng chinese knock offs.if your laptop or desktop is important to you, i strongly recommend you look for a better place.if i could give negative rating or 0 stars i would but that isnt allowed
