Replacing it second time . Just call or chat online to create your rma number . Then took it to customer care . Thats it i got fully new pendrive second time . Their behaviour is good. I saw comments saying their behaviour is not good thats fully Wrong. I went there many times their behaviour is good.❤️🙏

I replaced my old SanDisk SD card I had no bill nor they ask for it. Just Call the SanDisk toll free number and say your problem if your product is out of warranty period say you have buyed last year otherwise your product wont be replaced. Just goto the centre show you RX number wait for 10mins Boom you have a new product.

Good nothing more nothing less environment is ok ok nothing special to talk about the place..

Multiple brand service centre call before you go saves time if they dont have parts why waste a visit

Hated it. The staff over there are very impolite and kinda abusive in the way they talked. They had no other customers at that time but I had been met with foul mouthed staff and abusive behaviour. This not only goes on to show their working environment but also how the management looks after their staff.PATHETIC.I would guess the senior staff is also similar in behaviour and talking as their juniors are.Very highly NOT Recommended.

Just like a normal service center. I went here to replace my Kingston SSD, it took 12 days to arrive the replacement. I had to call the service centre to make sure replacement has arrived.One thing i didnt like is lack of professional work, they typed my email address wrong, and even when i complained they declined to change, but since it doesnt affected the service i will not bash too much about that.

Very bad service center , behaviour of one female attendant is very bad, she doesnt want to work , her tiffin time is 1 hour , if you wait for one hour she will say product is out of stock . SanDisk is not giving their product . Moreover she will offer you to give your defected product to them without taking new product , dont fall for this trap beware.

I visited there 2 times to exchange my sandisk memory card. I should say that the experience is quite impressive. The behaviour of each employee is very good. The security guard who manages the queue and give information about product exchange is very polite and helpful. The waiting time is around 10 to 15 mins depending upon the pressure.

Very quick service, got my replacement within 5 minutes, I didnt know that RMA number is mandatory for replacement but instant I call to customer service and get that number and within 5 minutes I received a new pendrive. Happy about service.

Pleasant experience of exchanging a faulty SD card without much issue. The process needs to be known. You have to file an RMA first and then exchange is possible. The place is not a very tidy one but the customer experience should matter more. Has comfortable seating. The air is chilly and you can entertain your self with a TV during the wait time.

Pretty hard to locate, Google maps gives the exact location though. Stuffs are efficient, seating arrangement is there,but its really claustrophobic in here,AC wont work. But if you are in for SanDisk warranty you will get your job done in 20minutes, so no problem there.

It is located just adjacent to Kishor Bhavan(19R.N.Mukherjee Road). Great IT repair and replacement service providing centre. Previously it was a service centre for XFX NVIDIA. Now it serves after sell support for diffent tech company like Asus, SanDisk, WD etc. Computer peripherals, memory solutions, security tools etc can be repaired here for selective company within or without warranty. Staffs are polite and helpful. Make sure you have RMA number (complaint reference number) before you go there.

One of the best service center experience Ive ever had. In a matter of minutes the defective product was replaced. I just went there, told them the issue and submitted the documents necessary for the replacement. Ive visited many service centers. This one is one of the best. You just need to mail your query to the Mail Helpline of the product to obtain a Return Authorisation ID before visiting the service center.It is a bit tricky to reach the spot as it is situated inside a compound and in first glance, no one would be able to identify it. The service center is closed on Sundays and alternate Saturdays and ony half day shifts on working saturdays.

I have visited it like 5 times and everytime i get my work done. Sometimes they take a little long. But work is good.

All r good but entry 10.30Am& exist time 5 Pm is too short, when some I went at 5.30 pm with my Kingston memory card which use in just 02 Hrs, they say time is close, I am in private job, so its not possible to join at there between this time at list they make it closing time at 6 pm as all services centers are done..

I had SanDisk Card which was replaced from this centre. Before visiting you need to first check with the with the warranty of the product is warranty of the product is OK then you need to register your replacement wires are in a this is something that is available in SanDisk website after registration you will be provided with the RMA and SMS and email you need to visit this place with the email copy and show to them after showing it to them they will replace the same within 10 to 15 minutes if the same is available in the stock.

I reached BD BAGH after searching in google map, But faced a little trouble to find rashi peripheral. Main land location of rashiperipheral is paribahan bhawan. Cross paribahan bhawan by main road and after tha turn to left, and there is rashiperipheral.

I had gone to get my SanDisk flash drive replaced. Service is good and prompt. Big waiting area. Only problem is that it is a little difficult to locate initially. And make sure that you have applied for RMA online from your device manufacturer before visiting the place, because youll need the RMA number.

Never ever go there on first day of the month.I had a very bad experience unfortunately as I went there on 1st September at 10:30 am & I was informed that on the first day of the month they update their database without prior notification. I waited to repair my Toshiba Pen drive till 2:30 but due to the disconnection of link with the server I had to leave & need to go once more on 4th September.Overall service is very good but waiting place is devoid of proper aeration & lack of enough fans as I did not find any A.C.Technicians and specially the gate keeper is very good ,cooperative & informative.On the second day I got a great service.They repair my hard drive within 15 min. & also recover my all data present within it.One thing I also like to inform you that for getting service of Sandisk product you have to provide them replacement number to get a new of the same & it especially serve ASUS products.Thanks a lot

Its main distributor cum authorised service center for ASUS computer periferals. Bought a costly ASUS board Prime x399 a it was broken physically within package. They refused to replace that as seal was open. I dont have X-Ray vision, how do I know its broken before opening! I have to just throw it in trash as they refused to give me a paid repair too...
