My iPhone fell and down and the screen got damaged on the 23-06-21. I contacted this store and they changed the screen. Today out of no where my phone screen turned blank however I could still take calls with my Apple Watch. I contacted this store again and asked them to check what went wrong with my phone screen. Since the time I stepped into the store they were hell bent on changing my screen. I asked them to check what the problem was but they insisted that I had to change the screen. While changing the screen they also informed me that if my battery wasn’t ok I would have to pay an additional 3500. I informed them that my battery was fine. My phone was also fine and my screen stopped working because they had put faulty spare parts during the first time. They informed that they will change my screen for a certain which I agreed and they fixed it. Although I am not sure how long this new screen is going to last. Now coming back to their cheap antics. They refused to give my a receipt for my repair. They were unwilling to accept UPI for kaccha pakka reasons. They wanted hard cash. When I insisted that I would pay by card as I had no other means of paying I had to pay an additional 2% for paying with my card. They happen to be a tech store but when it comes to accepting payments by the new modes of technology they are way behind of their times. A horrible experience to say the least. Horrible after sales service. If you can’t guarantee your repair you need to tell that in advance. Pathetic experience. They used to be good once upon a time but now after their experience I will urge visitors to think once before buying a repair or service from them.

I sent my staff to get a Cover for an iPad,1. Product Sold will not be Returned if it does not fit? (How will it not fit if I am giving you a Photo of the Product Box with Detailed Specs? , Definately A Mistake from Masterjee, Strange yet I agreed since it was Urgent)2. There was just one Cover in the entire store, Still Since I was in Need, I agreed ki Take it3. I asked a Video How will the Cover act as a Stand too, The people are ao unprofessional and Full of attitude, They simply took the cover from him and said Bol do khatam ho gaya hai Feels like they are not interested to sell. Admidst the Corona Situation its not safe to go out or I would have personally gone and checked.Masterjee, With all due respect, You might be having a lot of Sales and a big fame but if your attitude remains the same, I am sorry to say but your sales will eventually go down.

Rude staff. Owners arrogance knows no bounds. I have dealt with the original masterjee and his wife in my childhood.. small shop. But he enjoyed endless love and respect. His sons are not even worth 1% of that. As the saying goes... New money makes people go mad.Edit: just see the response the owner has written on my review. Speaks volumes for the attitude.

My phone got damaged ,so went to this store. Got my phone repaired. Everyone was very nice as I did not negotiate and paid the amount. After 15days the phone gave trouble and I went to complain. The sales staff started politely but the minute he realized I am referring to my payment made 15 days earlier only, his attitude changed.More than that owner interfered and said he is handling another customer. When I told him, why did he started dealing with me. If he was handling another customer. The owner behaved rudely .Masterjee I remember a small store few years back, but the owner was one a nice and friendly guy.This owner was rude and behaved as if he is the only mobile store owner in whole of Kolkata.Sorry but the worst experience ever, especially when a well dressed man behind the table, doesnt know how to behave.To end with his staff is better than him.

A very bad service.they took 2500 for repairing my iphone 6S screen.The iphone niether fell from any place nor there was any water spilling on the phone yet after 10 days the screen went blank.On asking them to repair it they replied that again the screen needs to be changed.A shop needs to help people and not exploit people with their money.They dont generally help people in making the customer life better they are just making schemes to earn money by making customer a fool.also The way the owner talks is altogether a different game.They dont wanna assist ,they just want to sell their product even if the quality is cheap enough to not be sustaining for even one day
