If there was a way of rating with no stars, I would have. My Dell inspirion 3000 series had an issue with the keyboard, so I requested for their service to get it fixed. They charged me a whooping amount of Rs1700, only to replace it with a bad quality keyboard as its keys came off by the next day, and they never received my call again. Buy their service at your own risk.

So my laptop had its right hinge broken and I also accidentally spilled water on the keyboard, which had fried the IC. Basically, my device was dead when I took it to Lapcure Digital for servicing. Ill be honest, I was feeling a little skeptic going in, as I had already read my fair share of laptop repair horror stories online. However, all my doubts subsided after interacting with Sharmistha di, who was not only friendly, polite and professional, but also kept me updated all throughout the time that my laptop was getting repaired. I had submitted my laptop for repair on a Saturday, and was asked to inquire on Monday. I also got complete assurance that they would do their best to fix my laptop and make it usable again. And thats exactly what they did. The repair costs were very reasonable, and they managed to bring my laptop back to life successfully. What delighted me the most was the fact that they informed me in advance that the keyboard had become defunct and in order to fix that, I would need to spend an additional 2000 rupees. They could have taken care of it without informing me and added the same to my bill, but Sharmistha di suggested that I should get an external keyboard instead of spending another 2000 on the keyboard. I was genuinely impressed by their sincerity and professionalism. These guys are literally the best laptop repair service provider that Ive come across in Kolkata. You can trust them blindly. One of the best laptop repair center in chandni market...Situated in little crowdy area easily can not located from car.... Whatever store person behaviour is really well.. Main part is you laptop will ready withing few hour.. And they provide genuine bill and warranty also on there parts.. So I recommend this.. In chandni there many banner available.

Highly unprofessional! They didnt solve my issue even after keeping the laptop longer than initial promised delivery date. They dont bother to inform you about the delay. After all when they returned me the laptop it was physically damaged. They took 500/- from me to damage my laptop body. Well done Lapcure.

Highly unprofessional Service.They took my laptop from my doorstep for repairing after several queries from my end they informed me The laptop has a big problem in its processor so it has to be changed. I advised them to return my laptop immediately.They returned it & I contacted another laptop repairing center. They informed me that its a basic problem & there is no need to replace the processor or any kind of repair needs to be done on the motherboard. They took only one day and repaired my laptop beautifully.

Very bad Service..They took my laptop from my doorstep for repairing and after few days I was making call to them for returning my laptop but they were not receiving my call after that I called them from another number then they told me that they will not able to repair my laptop and asked me to collect laptop from his shop. I will not recommend for Lapcure Digital...be careful from them and dont give your laptop to them. Very unprofessional and unsecure place for repairing laptop

I dont know about other services and cost but what happen with me is not satisfied. I went to repair my Lenovo keypad and they replaced it with new one (Not original ,price 1800rs with 6 month warranty). They repar it within 2 hours and everything seems okay.. but exact 7 month later i faced issue with my keyboard again.Now I replaced agin with a duplicate keyboard with only 1100 rs with 6 month warranty from local service centre. Top of that when i open the laptop 2nd time I found some parts are missing from my laptop (CD tray and scrues).You know most of the people not using CD tray. I can not claim anything to the Lapcure because its been 8 months passed and I repair it with another service centre.So I dont expect such survice with Lapcure.Not Recommend.- High Service Charge- Fast service but may miss some of your part s at the time of delivery.

I got my MacBook repaired within 4 days of service and they charged me half the price from Apple store. Very good work, keep it up!

Please make a note of the review by Anjishnu Bandyopadhyay, my son, and the response from the owner - - No where in the response, he has answered on the issue of charging Rs. 8000 for repairing my old motherboard, instead of providing a new one. But in the bill he has written new motherboard replacement.On the other hand, they are diverting the attention as if our hard drive is weak.Now, coming to the issue of our weak hard drive: When we went back the second time as the laptop was not working, they told my HDD was weak and was not able to adjust itself to the new motherboard. And they tried restoring our original Windows OS. Unfortunately their expert technicians couldnt restore the OS.So, as a goodwill gesture they wanted to gift me an used hard disc loaded with a pirated version of Windows.Now, when I took my laptop to the other technician, he restored my original Windows in my so called weak hard disc, using my own Windows Product key.So, you can understand how expert and how fraud these people are - they have cheated me Rs. 8000 by not giving me a new motherboard.

Absolute cheater.My HP laptop had a problem with motherboard, and they quoted Rs. 8000 for new replacement. They returned my laptop the same day evening. When I started using it at home, I started encountering problems after using for some time.I took the laptop back the next day. They inspected and told that the motherboard needs to be newly replaced again. After 3 days (the time they took to get a new replacement from the vendor) they returned me the laptop.Again I faced issues while using it at home. Frustrated, I took it to another hardware technician. He opened the parts of laptop in front of me. To my utter surprise, I saw that they have repaired my own old motherboard (it had white tapes and old HP tags).Also, I came to know that any new motherboard is signed with date by all vendors. This one didnt have any such signature.I have been totally cheated - in the name of a new motherboard, they repaired my own motherboard and charged me Rs. 8000, still NOT fixing the problem fully.

I have given a lenovo laptop for repairing.Its been over month even after my repeated calls they are least bothered to return my laptop.Highly unprofessional, slow work..I am not sure when I will get my laptop back.

Very poor service. i never approached any other service center and i met the person at your office who has picked up my laptop from my doorstep and everybody present at your office has seen him then how come several circuits got missing from my motherboard? .my mistake was i havent checked the RAM and battery after the servicing from your center. Every business is run on trust and i ran into your doorstep because of one of your co owner.
