Horrible services. The technicians have no knowledge of products and also they do not keep their word to return the refund amount. They are very bad at customer services and communicating their expectations and competencies. Will never recommend.

They answered all my queries and fix my mixer grinder very quickly but I have nt given them 5 star just coz it taken me almost half n hr to reach there exact location

I want to give this company 0 star. Dont buy from Flipkart any tv . Because I did buy from Flipkart Thomson TV 24inch. And this company tie up with Flipkart. Flipkart send the engineer number but Jeeves Engineer denied for coming. They did not received the call also rude too much. Its 100% Fraud Company.

Fake and false company. Poor customer service. They dont have associate to install flipkart furniture. We have been requested to send some technician they said once we get the technician will send for assembling. Cheaters... Will definitely do something.

Jeeves deserves negative rating, still giving 1 star because there is no option of negative rating.Terrible service. Please do not go for Jeeves. My 2 wardrobes and one tea table were delivered on 22.03.2019 but till today ie 30.03.2019 only tea table has been installed even after complaining scores of time. Person who installed tea table said he has not been assigned for installing wardrobe. Again one person called today and said he got contract of installation of only wardrobe. I said better you take all hell of items with you guys, we will prefer to return rather than to suffer.

I had a appointment for bed installation on 5th but they reschedule everyday till i had to install it by the other service provider on 13th. They are making useless reasons for past 8 days. Rescheduling everyday they just sent a message and they are saying your phone is unreachable so we are unable to reach you but they didnt called just making excuses and you will not able to call to their customer service number everytime it shows its a incorrect number So kindly never ever try any services from jeeves try another or local service provider.

They deserve negative reply from customer.Flase promises make from there end I purchased a redmi 7a phone on 2nd cotober and the phone is fully defective.after that thay sent a technician name ashis gupta..The person has not cheked my phone propely.Still I am facing this issue.And jeevas also a big lier.They update wrong information about flip kart customer

Even the technician doesnt have knowledge of the item to check. They simply leave the comments empty and fill it afterwards. I have complained it in the consumer forum

Purchased oppo f11 on 15june 2019, the set had hearing problem hence next day i raised a return complaint but option had only replacement and no refund hence i had no choice but go for replacement. Soon after which sms came where technician was appointed for visit n return. Soon after a day my return request was cancelled for what reasons god knows. This process was repeatedly n my request cacancelled by them thrice, why god knows. They were waiting for my return period of 10days to get over post which i will not be able to return at all. Till date 24june am still waiting their revert n action. Dont buy from this seller ever. Am cheated badly paying Rs18000... Big cheaters

Extremely bad service. They were charging 7000 rs for anAC installation. I later did the same at 2000 rs. they are not consumer oriented wants to loot customers anyhow.If you buy any furniture from flipkart thenby default they send jeeves people but avoid if possible
