THE BEST SERVICE CENTER EVER VISITED...Let me share with you all. So, i have a HP Spectre laptop and i cracked the screen. I am from Bihar and i contacted a number of service centers in Bihar but only to receive either NO or stupid replies. I came in contact of the owner of this service center. After three days of trying, he said that no vendor have the screen available with them. NOW, any other service center would have said sorry to me and ask to take my laptop, BUT not him. HE FOUND A VERY APPROPRIATE SOLUTION FOR ME. He fixed my laptop screen and now it is working without any issue. Further, he is also going to bring a new display from wherever possible and courier it to me to provide the solution that I requested him for.In nutshell, if you are in problem with your laptop come in contact with this service center as they go beyond conventional practices to find a solution for you.The staff and the owner himself is empathetic, understanding, knowledgeable and immensely supportive. I had a very old model of hp with me... More than 10 years old model. I wasnt sure whether it is repairable or not. But they succeeded in repairing it. Very satisfied with their job. They are very polite and very knowledgeable. I am really happy with their service.

I found this shop through Google Maps and selected it based on the reviews. Please note that this is not an authorised service centre. However,I chose due its proximity from my place and the reviews. I also called the shop at the listed number. The person answered the call and also helped with the details about the services offered, location of the shop and the timings. The shop is located on first floor right above a biriyani shop.The shop as such is small but the services are good. They explained the issue thoroughly and kept me informed through the process. That make you sign on all the parts. So, rest assured that your laptop parts will not misplaced without your knowledge. They also did a reasonable price.I would recommend this service centre.

My laptop was not booting. By proper diagnosis, the engineer repaired it within 3 days. I really recommend these guys if you r up for any service or fixing your laptops. Wonderful service.

I visited this place a couple of days ago after checking Google reviews. Its on the main road and easily accessible.The two cornerstone of any successful service oriented business is the quality of service and the behaviour towards customers. Will rate full marks in both these parameters.I am very impressed. Everything is done in front of you. You can talk to the service engineer and see him repair your laptop in front of your eyes. Small repair jobs are done instantly. If you need hardware and if they buy it for you, the packet is unsealed in front of your eyes like I saw with a customer whose battery was changed.This is not an HP service centre. They do repair jobs on all Laptops and they are doing a damn good job. Fast and efficient. My laptop was cleaned, new hardware was installed, everything done within an hour and handed back to me.The owner Mr. Surajit is very polite and well mannered as well. There is no beating around the bush. He looked quite happy to be direct with the problems and get your yes/no to proceed.I will be visiting again for sure.

Good service center for printers services.

Fraud hp service center. Dont come here. They are not only charging more money but also change internal parts. They completely change my motherboard .. and after some days my computer start working. Now my laptop is useless. They are charging me 15k for this shift. totally unsatisfied and not recommending any one to come here.

Prompt action was taken against HP laptop service under moderate expense. But the office ambience should be uplifted.

A small service center situated on 1st floor in banamali naskar road.. Dont go by the look of the service center.. They are very well behaved and they provide exceptional service..though its mentioned as Hp service center they also repair Dell Laptops.There service charges are also minimal. Recently I have visited them as battery of my laptop was not getting charged. As to see the battery, the laptop body has to be opened I was confused about the cause. However, after knowing about this place from google website, when I went to them they immdiately opened and removed the battery which was actully swelled inside the laptop.As replacement was not readily available, they returned my laptop so that I could continue to use it with Power supply. When the battery was arranged they fitted it in my laptop infront of me.I am very impressed with their services. I found both the person present namely Mr. Munna and Mr Subho very polite and well conversant in their jobs. I wish them all the best.

First of all, its not an HP service centre, they do provide solution for HP laptops. I have had given them my laptop for service, instead I got a more damaged laptop. Speaker not working properly and screen having spot marks. Eventually they dont respond to you. And my laptop problem is recurring within 3months of service.Worst service experience of all time🙏
