Please do not ever visit this dilapidated shop if you do not want to be fleeced. Horrible customer service and rude temperament of the owner. The technicians are equally incompetent . They will come to your house and search google for solutions. Very unprofessional and useless

They have solutions and peripherals for most laptops. They also service your laptop be it a windows/mac. The price is very high, so you may want to check with your authorized service center at the same time.I had a Dell laptop keyboard replaced today. They charged me 2750/-, even though they replaced my original dell laptop keyboard with a generic keyboard, which in the open market would cost around 1200 max.I live really close to this shop which is why I go there.Earlier for the same laptop, I had HDD and CD drive replaced. They charged me 8500/- but in the open market it would have cost me 5000/- max.So, if you really want to replace your laptop broken parts/service your laptop, with original parts, then I would recommend taking an estimate from an authorized service center, then after that come to this shop and ask them for a price quote.If you dont find a big difference, then I would recommend that you go to a authorized service center only.Computer wizards are okay, but they are VERY EXPENSIVE!!The other problem that I said before is, like if any hidden part of the laptop has to be changed, Like inside the laptop, then they may replace that with generic parts (new, but generic, not the original company product).The down part of this shop is, that they charge you for everything. My screen had a problem, wherein the cable connecting the LCD to the motherboard was either loose, or was not connected properly. I asked them if they could just fix it normally, to which they refused.I had gone to them for keyboard replacement, so they did just that. Like they wont touch any other part of your laptop and fix it even if that can be fixed without changing / replacing anything.This is where your authorized service center fares much much better. An authorized service center will fix most of your laptops problems, as well as clean your laptop before they give it to you.Computer Wizards wont do all that.Like I said, I live really close to the shop and it was an emergency with me, thats why I have visited, else I try to go to an auth service center only.
