😑 Cant beleive its service center of a brand like ASUS! 🔻 Delayed service time for Flagship Device (minimum 1 month)🔻 Didnt explain submission procedure properly 🔻AC wasnt working 🔻 COVID norms were not maintained

Some how good but more time taking service centre and they dont diagnose every problem of your system.

Salesmanship is OK. But service is questionable. No software related services are provided. Main thing is that, Salesman approach is so casual. But only one salesperson was found with grait Salesmanship and with very industrious and polite approach to sale his product deserves a 👍.

Very helpful and prompt lady at the front desk. Yet to receive the repaired product but so far so good

Nice service center their services are good but prices are too high, i dont know how prices get too much high but they do their best to give 100% satisfaction to there users and also technicians are polite and well experienced.

Behaviour is good. But they dont repair laptop parts. They change whole parts. Its expensive for the customer

Asus doesnt repair, they replace parts. I was charged 4800 for vivo book 15s keyboard replacement, they delivered the product within 5-7 business days.The main feedback is regarding one of the staff. The lady, whom you can see in photos has literally no sense how to talk to people. She has zero communication skills, even 1 phonecall of customers is enough for her to misbehave with people and shout. If you want to improve customer satisfaction, please train your employees better coz asus already suck at after sales service.

One off third class service. I am ROG laptop user they claim piority service. But they dont provide any piority service. Even same day they dont say what is problem. I dont know why asus provide their services through 3rd party vendor.... Its really horrible experience with #asus service center.

Pros.1. Service center stuff are helpful2. I got my product back within the estimated time given by service center.3. Repair price is reasonable.Cons.1. Only 1 employee in the service desk, thus making the waiting time long2. No on the spot repair option available.I went there to replace my swollen battery of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1(6/64) & it cost me 1598/-. I got my mobile back in 3 days.My mobile become extremely hot when I charge it for first time but after that heating issue never occurred.I test battery backup & mobile temperature by playing game like genshis impact & Call of duty mobile but didnt find any issue with the battery or mobile.Overall, after using the mobile for 2 days I can say I am satisfied with the repair.

Authorised service centre of ASUS. Standard interior as compared to other electronic offices. Staffs are good.3 stars bcz of non-availability of parts. Dont know why , one may say Marketing policy but I think Asus is highly sluggish in providing replacement parts of old devices which one performed in market and closed sales of those. Dissapointed here.

Cheap quality service is provided

The staff is really helpful and madam receptionist is really good. Sometimes people go out of their job description to help people and these are those people. 2 star less as I had to go to a service centre for a problem in my Laptop. So - 2 stars to asus and full stars for staff.

Great place for a service centre. Staffs are polite too but they trick people and grab money from them even if its a small problem in your device, they will still charge 800Rs and sometimes they charge xtra too. Service is poor to since many parts are not available everytime you visit.

I was visited for battery changing purpose, first they told me they needs 7days, but now it says 15 days via MyAsus app.. They dont have battery for Asus Max Pro M1. This problem is facing each and every person. Battery is the most common thing of mobile, but they dont have it. How idiotick work culture they are running

I went to the service center with my asus phone which was drenched in water and was not switching on. They kept ot saying will contact me the next day with cost details and what was damaged.The next day no one called, so I myself called them up, they started saying we have not checked and will call is back once its done, the receptionist was particularly rude. Anyways, they called me back within an hour saying the motherboard was damaged and it would cost me almost the amount of the phone, so I said I am not willing to proceed and will be collecting back my phone from them.When I went to take my phone they said it was not ready yet and it took them half an hour to hand me over the phoneReturning home I half heartedly kept aside the phone, the next day just accidentally pressed the power button of my phone and it switched on in perfect condition.So, my feedback is People in this service center are not at all responsible and are not knowledgable at all either in their feild. I would have almost lost 30k if I would have asked them to mend the phone.

Service center looking goods , behaviour is good, but they need much time to providing services approximately 7-10days . Phones or laptops spare parts are not available in time .

If you ever visit this place dont talk to the receptionist. She just dont know how to talk to people normally. Her behaviour is extremely aweful and for this reason I have to buy other electronic peripheral.

The setting of the store is decent enough. The staffs are polite and helpful. The location around the store is a pretty busy and chaotic at the same time.

Everything is good but female staff not so well good in conversation or in experience .. guys are good but but one thing I personally experience there they did cheak my device in front of me. On back office technician will do that. so if you have a minor problem that could be solved on the same time but you have to give your devices for at least one day.. specialty lady is to ridiculous.

Pretty satisfied with them. Good behaviour and communication. Went to repair my Rog 2. Submitted it and they said will take 2 weeks at least, but to my surprise the technician called me next day saying my device is fixed. Very happy with their service. 5 stars from me. Good job compuage/asus.

Behaviour is very bad. My problem is not solved.If your device is under warranty then they tell you its very time taken process. 1 month is required maximum 😂😂. If it is out of warranty. Firstly they told if your problem hardware basis then maximum 2 3 week and if it basis on software then 2 3 days. If your device problem is besis of software. At first they call you and says unnecessary problem. If you not agree. Then after 3 days you must got a mail. Where you see a big amount bill. Where suppose your laptop is around 45k. You got a bill 37 k. They told your laptop is suffurd a problem of motherboard. Which is held for me recently. But I know it is very simple problem. they make it very complicated. I dont know what he change my hardware in my laptop. I suggest you if your laptop out of warranty. Then never go there.

One thing bad about asus is it takes a lot time to repair or service a mobile product. Almost 10 working days depending on the spart parts availability. And they charge 500 also for any mobile servicing (Labour charge) which is very bad.

Great place to have service on Asus mobile & notebook. Decent service point.

Went there with a zenfone 3 deluxe. Took few days to inform me that they dont have the tools to open the phone. They will have to send it to Mumbai to have it investigated and serviced. I declined since I couldnt afford the extra time it would take. I didnt like the fact that I had to make a second trip to the center to collect the phone. I expect them to inform me at the spot on the first day.

Its a good service center compared to other ones, here everything is quick- mobile submission and delivery. But I would like to tell that please take your mobile after backing up your data as they always ask for submission if under warranty and if warranty period is over then you need pay some charges.

If you are going for the first time then it will be difficult to find the space as the map she says one place but it is in the HDFC building. services court date told me that they will mail or send me a text message Patna thing I have received after 8 days I had to call them to get an update. Overall services could they do what they had promised.

Nice Accommodation of Service Centre Office with Nice Finish!It is flecitated with Waiting hall with enough seats to be occupied .Receptionist is nice but little bit rude.You have to wait long as a large queue is there in waiting.3rd Floor opposite to Gate no 3 in building of HDFC.

I am not here to complain about the quality of my laptop ASUS provided but their quality of service, response time and behavior. Their attitude is as if they were doing us a favor, especially the front desk lady. They complained that my laptop suffered a liquid damage which was very unlikely because it never faced a drop of water. Anyways, when I went to pick my laptop, they took at least 30 minutes to respond because apparently they were not being able to find it. They hardly respond to your questions properly. Pathetic and very disappointing..

They dont receive customers call which is mentioned in their service bill. Mosquitoes are all around here. I have visited twice here and found mosquitoes both the times.

Only downside of Asus is that they dont have on spot device testing. You have to submit the device for atleast 1 week before getting response about the problem. This is bad in case of a minor issue where device is working but a non essential part is defective. Also your have to trust them with your device for 1 week or so without any concrete description of the problem.

Its a good service center

Service here is good. Ambience is also nice.Some of the staffs are rude. One more negative side is the overpricing. I think Asus should decrease their service charges for smartphones that’s ₹500 which is bit higher. Ever if your spare part is of ₹100 you have to pay an amount of ₹600. The second negative is time. You need at-least 30 minutes to 1 hour of time for both item submitting and delivery.
