Hi friends, first of all this might be a bit lenghty review for some of u,I would like to share my experience while buying a lenovo think pad X270 at this store.First of all appreciate the effort of Mr.shamshaad ansari especially because Mr.Ansari.was in cinstant touch with me during the process of selection of my desired and required model which woukd suffice my requirements.Secondly the store manager and all its staffs are well quipped and very decent mannered.i must say they know how to talk to a customer..i would rather say the store is small but it ticks all the good boxes a customer needs,decent staffs,friendly approach, good knowledge about the laptops fucntions which in turn helps u to decide which one to go for.Thirdly, Mr.shamshaad ansari is the guy who always keeps his word.no matter hiw many times u call him regarding the buying process or in that way how many ti.es u visit their store..he is ever smiling and greet u warmly and patiently listens to u and make sure all ur doubts are cleared..and u can make a wise and compatible decision befor investing your hard earned money in a laptop.Last but not the least, he even gave me a good discount which none other shop in kolkata were offering me..i even inquired in shops from e mall to salt lake( not mentioning the shop name)but trust me guys i have been to at least 10 to 15 other laptop shops in kolkata,and none matched their price , decency,courtesy,and approach to the customer..plz friends do not go by their shop size..i would say it was one the best buying experince i ever had..they delivered on all the commitments they made to me befor buying,, like competetive price, software support, help in updation of warranty,and they even promised life time software support on the product for free..though i bought my laptop on 25th jan 2018, its yet to require any software support....but im sure they will deliver if i ever need, i can say this coz i had the best experince ever i had while buying a gadget ot terms of keeping their word and commitment..Finally thanks again to the store manager and yes Mr, shamshaad ansari...keep it up..
