Problem Statement: Acer Nitro ( Gaming Laptop Hinge Broken).Solution Proposed: Acer Service Centre offered replacement for parts (Approximately 10k)Alternate Solution opted: Matrix Infosys from Chandni Chowk Kolkata cheated me INR 1200 for screwing up the laptop hinge from both end that could not in fact hold the lid for a second but as the services were taken based on home pickup n drop facility (due to covid), so saying No meant the delivery boy wont get anything so i paid 1200.Satisfaction Survey with AHANA INFOTECH: He took the laptop for a day, fixed the repaired the hinge and in fact removed those screws inserted by Matrix and filled the holes.
