Its a good place to start your career. But when you are experienced Wipro gonna pay you less as compared to your expertise.Though its a dream of many to work at least once for this organization but I would say work environment is not that healthy here. Worst management, there will be lots of workload, you will get more (work & stress 😥) when you will work more. There is no rewards & recognition for the extra efforts you will put.In cafeteria they are simply looting the employees & fmg team have no control over them. My first company (Wipro technologies) for 5.5 years. Decent company for growth and salary, medical benefits, work opportunity (limited in Kolkata). One of the benefit is its location in Kolkata, for people taking public transport, almost all public buses and autos cross this campus.

A very nice campus. Please Like this review if it helps you. From Howrah its 15 km. S12, S215, AC12 are some buses that connect to wipro Centre. The area is high profile IT area. Vipro is near it. Or you can say how to go Vipro you will find TCS near it. Its a very good place, Fully AC room. There are also a place for our Bag to store. There are many food stalls near it. So overall its a very good place.

The buildings are really good, and the cafeteria is well maintained. Facilities are really good. However, I would NOT recommend this place to work as the salary offered is very less, lower than the market average, even the management is really awful. People join and leave within a year. There are much better options to work in Kolkata like TCS and Cognizant with much better salaries and management. Wipro is not good from career perspective.

The Wipro Office is one of those haunted places in Kolkata whose stories you’ll hear young people narrate, rather than the older generation. It is now that Salt Lake has become the IT hub of Kolkata, but once upon a time it was a part of the Kolkata wetlands. The office of Wipro is supposed to be built on a graveyard and the local residents of that place claim that they have seen strange visions in the darkest hours during the night. People are strictly advised not to wander in the Third Floor of the Tower 3 and the floor is shut all most all the time as it is haunted by many ghosts. People working the graveyard shifts in this office have often complained of hearing and seeing things whenever they leave use the lifts or step out of the buildings.The city of joy is full of dark secrets and mysteries in every wall and every street. There are many more haunted places in Kolkata apart from these few. The National Museum, the Clive house and many other places have reported paranormal activities in the city. No one knows how much truth is there in these stories, so why don’t you just go and explore the places, if you are not afraid!

Hi all I am Debashis Dwibedi and today I officially joined WIPRO as a Pharmacovigilance Associate and visited Wipro to collect my work laptop. My 1st day experience is so overwhelming. Srirup sir welcomed us with all his heart and we had a great session. The infrastructure is definitely awesome. I interacted with my friends there and had a great time. Gate No: 2ONLY FOR THE INTERVIEW PURPOSE !9 Rooms are there where Interview goes on. Proper Seats are there with the ACs working properly, hence it is quite comfortable. The Washroom is Clean. A Pantry where Tea and Coffee is available any time.The Staffs are Good !

They are a bunch of scammers. Stay away from them, they will make you work for 10 hours every day 6 days a week and sometimes 7 days a week and at the end of the month. They wont pay you the full salary. Me and all my batch mates have worked 10+ hours during the durga puja. Even in durga puja also we had to work.

The IT park owned by Wipro Technologies is nicely decorated and organized.The premises is secured by walls and multiple doors heavily guarded. Unless business requirements, outsiders are prohibited inside campus.A bus stop is named after the IT park i.e. Wipro More, can be reached within 1 hour from both Airport and Bidhan Nagar.

Although it is not very difficult get recruited here, but for the sake of sustaining you have to do excessive hard work and that too for a long time. They will make you busy round the clock. Work environment is not healthy. They are pretty good at deducting money from your salary. May be, it is a popular brand name. Everyone wants to be associated with a noteworthy organization. But I would suggest you, kindly have a check with at least some of its existing employees to verify the facts.

Wipro is not company it is talent and resource point where people is love to cop up with the environment and it is connected people all over the world.

Very nice company to work in. Its a dream of many people to work at least once in this company. The compound is big and have many beautiful flowers. The gardeners always remain busy to make the garden more beautiful. The cafeteria is big and is 3 storied and have Gym on the top of it. The guards are always active here.

Worked for more than 2yrs Wipro Kolkata. Natural environment outside is breathable. Inside Floor culture is different accordingly different process management teams. Loved the place. 💜

It is one of the most famous IT job sector in Kolkata. Joining here is the dream of every IT lovers. In every house there is at least 2 to 3 members who are doing job here. Recruitment process is really legal. It sometimes campuses in the most of the well known engineering colleges. The environment of the office campus is just beautiful & peaceful. Location of the office is in the DM block in sector V. Salaries for the freshers are also good than the other corporate office. Promotion is also done in step by step.

Wipro is a good organization to work. It has lots of options and sections - one can choose basis merit and opportunity. Environment here is class leading - amenities, maintenance, facilities, etc.If one wishes to start and build a career, its perfect place. Just walk-in. Wipro doesnt ask for any fee during recruitment process.Transport could be a challenge if you depend on public transport for traffic diversions. Busses for all directions are not available.
