It is one of the best service centres, where I have visited, in Kolkata. The entire process, from receiving to delivery, is handled with a great care and responsibility. Promptness, patience and generous attitude of the entire office stuff, towards the visitors, are worthy of being appreciated. Moreover, the service and support, being provided, is absolutely transparent. The last thing I would like to say that... This is the place where you can get your problem solved in the shortest possible time period in comparison to any other service centres.

Most most most worst service center in kolkata. Taking more amount of money and their work is also disgusting. They will not give you gst bill also . 3 times I have repaired my laptop and my laptop is again and again not working and at last I have repaired to other center and now my laptop is working good.I will suggest you that dont go here.

They are not professionals. They are tendency is to null and void the warranty somehow and force to do the repairing by paying them.For everything you have reach them , they will never call you back for example you have asked for quotation and you are waiting for their reply..They will not inform you on their own...you have to call them everytime...

Good fast service.Cons - They try selling you their plans when you might be least interested. One of my keyboard keys is not working after they repaired my lappy. Also, it has become slow

If your device is out of warranty and if you want to get the job done without doing each and everything formally then this service center is more than enough.But if your device is in warranty and if you didnt did all necessary registration right after buying the laptop then you will be in great trouble as these peoples has habbit of charging excess and they will charge for something which is completely okay. And they even indirectly provide threat to customers who are trying to get Dell after sell services while maintaining all formalities by telling that even getting a spare battery original will take 40days minimum that too if it is in stock and they charge double for the price they provide through non Dell process.Now the bottom line is if you are in hurry and want to get your job done and willing to pay price little bit more than usual then its okay. But if you want to maintain all the formalities then its simply not good and they completely ruins after sales services of reputed company intentionally.Choice is yours. Good luck.

Very Bad service. The kept my wireless keyboard for 10 days and when I called the refuse to exchange siting my keyboard is working fine.They kept my keyboard for 10 days and when I called them than they realise that they have to return the keyboard.This time I will make a video of the malfunction and show them.

Not skill full. Poor software expertise. They only able to recommend change of hardware. Now parts if you purchase from them are highly priced and even vary price from person to person ..who ever pick up the phone 😃

Doesnt even deserve a star. Bunch of idiots are running this place with attitude like they know everything. My dad was carrying a pendrive to backup few documents, which they said they will give it. Eventually they didnt backup that data and erased everything. They should have told before doing this. Not sure, how Dell assign this service center as authorized. Never buying or suggesting anyone to buy Dell again!

This is Lenovo/ acer/ dell laptop service center. They are extremely unprofessional. They access my laptops registry and service without my permission. Just for them I face so many harrassment for my laptop.And the biggest matter is they force me to write positive feedback. They dont want to give the chance to write feedback. At first they told me that just sign the feedback form. You need not to do anything else.

Out of warranty laptop checking charge Rs 999/- only.The office is on first floor of the building named Usha Mandir, 10/1A Shree Mohon Lane , Kalighat.No dedicated parking place but the lane itself not very busy so you can park your car on the road itself.

Fast service within warranty for Lenovo laptop.

This is an authorized service center for Dell, Acer as well as Lenovo. Warranty related to the hardware is completely free of cost and the service is average in my view. Some times the issue is completely resolved and sometimes few minor bugs remains as it is. Software related issues are also solved there but it is chargable for 500 whether in warranty or not. And other hardware issues if not under warranty will charge near abot 3k to 4k. The parts are heavily priced as compare to market or online price.

Very bad service, if they reveiver out of warrenty product they will only recommemd that your products this part is out of service or that part is out of service. Very poor service. I have been suffring the same issue after repairing since 2 months. Never hand over then out of warrenty product.
