I am extreme disappointed to let people know that they have adhered some fraudulent activities to me. After searching for reviews which people have appreciated much about owners technical expertise I also thought I will visit his shop. I had a problem with laptop turn on issue and he told me that my laptop (Fujitsu A555) needs bios chip change and I agreed to change it on cost ₹1800 . After 2 days I took my laptop and found its working preety good and the charger is the main culprit caused no charge to the laptop and it was not turning on. I paid ₹1700 to him (₹100 discount) and he said that bios has been changed! Its a total lie . He just kept it on a different charger and the laptop automatically turned on. He has just done nothing technical to my laptop.And additionally he has exchanged few of the stock screw sets.I have proofs with me.I will really not appreciate his approach of looting people.Later I have given my laptop to Fusitsu service centre for diagnosis ( as they were very late to provide service in Kolkata and it took too much time to get connected with them) . The Technician from fujistu has shown me the actual reason ( I doubted though watching the system and application event log). Please dont visit this service centre. The owner is doing completely unethical business by letting people jeopardized and looting money, simply its pathetic to know the truth.@Owner: I have the proofs. I have nothing to do much with such a dacoit but want to warn you please donot do such kind of false business .

Few friendly advises:Please think twice before taking your precious laptop to this most fraudulent shop. I had a very bitter experience here & I would like to share few details so that no one else gets duped by these hoodwinks anymore.1. They have plethora of fraudulent ways to burn your pocket. Beware! Its very likely that they will tell you very low price to repair any part you want to repair. But the real game will start once your laptop screws are all opened. They will certainly say oh! no it requires repairing some other parts & which costs higher. They will never say the actual price of the repair at the beginning even if they knew very well. They will certainly not say the labor charge for opening the screws. All will be hidden to you until the screws are all out.Curious to know why? They can very well excuse that how can they say what is causing the problem until they open the machine. True! But when the part is something well known like a power cord jack (everyone knows price of it) it sounds fishy. Check internet the actual price of the parts right then before taking any decision. Also, check with them beforehand how much they will charge for removing the screws (its hidden but too high).2. Most likely they wont be having the part you need repairing in their store. So, they are surely gonna ask you to deposit you laptop to their place. This twice, thrice or more if required. This would mean indefinite time you will have to wait to get that back. As every time they will be having some of their necessary tools missing. Be prepared to wait for a very long time.3. These people is so apt in cheating that when you ask for a bill at the time of delivery they will most probably tell you to give your email & address to them & that too in a diary. Huh! That bill will never reach your inbox. Never give them your information in a diary. If they tell you that few months warranty will be provided. Please ask them to specify clearly in writing on which parts & for how much time. Dont EVER believe in their words.4. Lastly be prepared to have damage to other good parts of your machine. They are very inept in repairing & very careless in handling your precious machine.If you read Macbeth of Shakespeare there is a saying justice always prevails. In reality it sometimes doesnt. I knew very well I was being cheated & was being charged with 3x or 4x than the market price. I thought of having a pakka bill at the end and go to consumer forum for remedy. I didnt any of these as my mental peace is more important than having tussle with these fraudulent, so called businessman specially during a bad time of my family.I just shared all these so that nobody gets cheated from these people.
