Excellent customer service! I am very for their support. Service charges very nominal. My HP pavilion G6 laptop they repaired within two days . The laptop was in dead condition. Now it working fine. owner mr Sanjit Biswas is very polite and helpful for customer.

The service request was promptly and professionally attended, the technician (Mr. Deepankar Sarkar) visited my home at the appointed time, recognized the problem with my laptop within a short time and fixed it promptly and professionally. Initial response good experience. Will recommend to others.Next feedback after few days of servicing:-Laptop worked for couple of days after servicing! Thereafter, dead. Service advisor promised at least few months of no disturbance. While part replacement for the long term.When i called them back, they did not sound too interested for support actions.
