Extremely poor experience. The owner himself is extremely arrogant and misbehaving. If you call them they would not give you any information and will ask you to visit store and when you visit they would boast about how big their business is and all that. Be rest assured they would quote you a price higher than online as well as offline stores like Reliance digital or Croma and of by mistake you mention the same the misbehavior will start. You will get an outright response that you are just a window shopper with no interest of buying and you are wasting their time etc etc.

Very nasty experience. I regret my decision to even visiting the store. The owner is extremely misbehaved. I went there to buy a laptop in medium budget, however he was trying to sell me a higher priced one. When I clearly stated that my budget is low , he made some unwelcome comments that they dont stock low budget models and they sell to big corporates and all. I wish he can survive his business for long with such attitude. Finally I decided to buy it from Croma retail in Barasat and I also got better price from there as well. This store , specially the owner not even worth of getting one star.

Bad experience. Products are overpriced. Staffs are not vey well trained and the owner is a big mouth. I actually got a better deal from Croma store which is nearby. On hearing that I would like to compare price with Croma before making the purchase, the owner became aggressive and made few unwelcome comments like I was a window shopper and was wasting their time etc. This was very unwelcome and hurting. I decided to make the purchase from elsewhere even if I had to pay more. Fortunately Croma offered a better price.

Very bad exprience .stuff is ok but owner Mr. Alok is very bad behavior. Dodnt go this shop.Mostly very rough behavior to service stuff.

Im writing this review on the very laptop that I bought from here. The owner & the staffs are very co-operative & helpful.I bought the laptop in lesser price than online(Approx. 3500) with accessories(mouse & Backpack). They also provide customer support. Hardware & software(1 month). In software support you can install any software you need within a month of purchase. Also they install the general apps & setups.Those who are beginners and doesnt know about Laptop or computer and initial set up they can completely rely upon them.

Not good experience at all. They dont have stock of much of the products. They would quote price higher than the competitors like croma. I mentioned that the price is higher and the owner himself started misbehaving and made unwelcome comments. Very poor experience, not recommended at all.

Very Bad behaviour with customer. Owner of the shop (probably) indirectly asked me not to come again in his shop. He wants to tell me that his shop is not for any window shopping. I came his shop for buying 3 HP all in one for my company. Fortunately he gave us a very compitive rate. But his bad behavior resist us to buy anything from his shop.My only crime is that I came there 5-6 times and purchased one computer only. Dont go there sevarel times otherwise you have to face like me. Not recommended for any purchasing. Not suitable for one star also.

I have bought a HP printer from Syscom Barasat. but there service was very bad once bought hp printer they just use to Ignore for servicing. for any service related matter they just give the service center ph no.
