Very good experience. Theres a staff named bunty working in the service centre who was very kind and helpful and helped us for our issue.

BoAt service center as well service center for Logitech and many (PC related issues)Location: Dont follow Google🙏🙏just step out from chandni chowk gate no 5...Just beside IndusInd Bank stairs towards basement..that is the office.My experience:very good..I went there for my BoAt headphones,which suddenly stops working...1.I went at 11am,no such crowd so no waiting...a service person attend me,checked my headset2.I just write my name and number on a register then a token given to me...You must carry hardcopy of your product invoice (they dont have print option ,as well as print shop is little far..you have to go towards reliance digital on the same foot just cross the road,walk 2 min)3.the moment I bring the hardcopy then and then they replaced with new one but I didnt get my Colour also no option rather accept whatever colour they have in stock.4. people are very professional, polite, humble, helpful,understand your concern as I saw in front of me another Customer came with a problem related to sound clarity..at first two technician said it is just because of 3D ...but they verify it from another and that technician understood the issue... So that kind of service very rare...Cons: what I feel hygiene protocol..They should focus a little on maintaining hygiene at least put a hand sanitizer stand .Overall great experience.Thank you BoAt , thank you SCSS.

Took nearly one month time for simple exchange of boat ear phone...

Went with my Laptop, was charged exorbitant prices for normal repair of motherboard (no parts were replaced). The same issue popped up again after 3 days, went today was told that i need to change my RAM and was asked to pay 2k for it.Now first time why they did not check the RAM and i doubt the there was any issue with the motherboard at the first place. They have made it a scam of looting customers in the pretext of maked up technical issuess.I wont recommend to take your device for repair and even if you please ask first in crystal clear manner what things are getting repaired, and the same error would not come again otherwise they will fool us and make a dent in our pockets without actually solving the problem.

It was a good service center. Mostly for soft-tech and boat. I got my damaged headphone exchanged there

Place was easy to find but somewhat congested.Disappointment was about that they offered service to wait for 20 days just to register for warranty

I purchased a Logitech g102 mouse through amazon in October 2020. Unfortunately it started giving problem of double click while making a single click within 7 month.I approached the central helpdesk for the issue and they provided me service centre contact Secure Computer Service and solutions, Kolkata, India. Due to pandemic the service centre was not open and I faced a lot of problems. Finally I could submit the mouse to the service station on 26th June 2021. They didnt provide any replacement immediately and asked me to call back after a week.Everytime I call them , either found them busy or not picking up the phone. By chance if I could connect them, they say that they do not have any information and they will inform us once the replacement arrives. Even after calling back today (27th July 2021), after one month they reiterated the same and misbehaved while asking a target date for the replacement. Mr Shashi Bhusan Poddar, one of their representative used rough language and threatened with do whatever you want to do, we will not provide any replacement .

This is the worst service center I have ever encountered. I submitted my Logitech G- 102 gaming mouse two weeks ago and they didnt replace it till now. Now, they are saying it may take one more week. Dont buy anything from Logitech if you are from Kolkata because the after-sale service is the poorest.

Prompt service. Efficient expert engineers work here. Diagnosis of problems with P.C.s is excellent. I had an excellent experience of getting two of my laptops prepared here successfully.

Logitech service center. Hassle free if the product is within warranty. The replacement duration is longer sometimes, takes upto 7-10 days.

Very good service. They hardly took 15 mins to check the problem of my bluetooth headset, and then provided me with a replacement !! One thing to remember , carry the hard copy of you invoice, as they will not give you the print out.

This service center is the most worst service center that i have visited.. They called me two time.. First time they told that come tomorrow.. And second time they just checked my boat 103 earphone.. The guy was unprofessional .. And told me that there is a small physical damage but there is nothing.. I request them.. But they refuse.. The most bad unprofessional peoples.. I am suggesting u to vist Syscomp Teleservices salt Lake 3 no. Tank... That service center is excellent.. They have just checked and replace with a new earphone..

Extreamly bad system when it comes to when it comes to boat audio warranty claims through them, to long and costly time consuming proses.

Products are out of stock most of the time I visited 3 times but Rockerz 235 V2 was not available.

Just after 2 months from buying, my Logitech MK200 Keyboard wasnt working properly. Tested it with other desktop and laptop and experienced the same. But after keeping my keyboard in the service centre and getting checked for 2 days, they said the keyboard has no problem. After requesting several times they asked me to collect the keyboard and they cant do anything about it!.Thank You Logitech for the harrasment!Warranty is just a lie!

The Logitech server center is located inside this place. It is in the basement and can easily be missed

Very nice behavior

I went there for replacement of my Logitech Mouse. Due to poor service knowledge and a laid back attitude, they refused to take the mouse for replacement. After an hour of argument, they finally register my replacement request, that too when I told their manager about the problem I was facing. The probable problem was with the switch of the mouse, but they didnt look into it. I got the replacement after 4-5 days but without a proper casing and battery. Not recommended!!!

It is near Chandni Chawk Metro Station. It caters to needs of computer peripheral and parts as well as servicing. But one needs to wait for long hours as the place is attended by many people.

I have given my original HP laptop for its broken hinge repair. I have trusted them. But when i bring it at home after repair, i found that the hinge cover of my laptop is an ordinary one with hp logo sticker attached, although i have paid for original part cost. And astonishingly i found that my usb ports are also not working now. Its better to trust to local repair centre than this service centre!

They have said I will get the replacement for my Logitech keyboard under warranty after 5 days. Service wise its ok/good. But behaviour of staff needs to improve much as its not helping the customers.Edit: Got the replacement fast.

Newly appointed staffs are very unprofessional.The Guy named Ranjan is making fool to customers.Even he is browsing laptops Hard drive without prior permission.This is very unsafe if you are giving them laptop to keep for few days.pathetic experience.
