Worst service provider. Few weeks ago Ice was not freezing is my fridge (all the other things were fine in fridge). So we called up SDL technology from Salt Lake. On first day the guy spent 6 hours of time in our house but couldnt fix the issue. So next day they came and took the fridge to their shop and returned the same post 4 days. After 2 weeks my fridge stopped operating and heat was coming from the fridge. The service guy came next day and after working for 3 days also they couldnt fix the main issue that I had previously.I wasted 6000/- for this and now when I call them up they simply dont receive the same. Whoever is viewing this review please dont go for this SDL technology if u dont want to waste your valuable money and time.

The institute is very good and full of professional workers. They provide quality services to the customers. People can learn and earn easily from here. I definately suggest this institute to others.

Review 6.1.2020: few day before one person called me who mentioned himself as owner & after more than 1hrs continues argument he wanted to refund only 1000 rupees which was not accepted to me as I already have spent 2100 rupees.Same has been reported to National Consumer for the next course of action.9.12.19: National consumer helpline docket no-1781313. After my 1st review I have faced a dramatic situation. (1) Mr Sanjib Sen called me on 6.12.19 at 09:54am to change the review as it will create a bad impact both on his company reputation as well as on his job.After a Long debate Mr.sen has promised to take a positive steps regarding 1800 rupees thermostat Bill which cost start with 150 rupees and will refund me from his pocket on behalf of his company. But after that no response received....(2)On that day Very very dramatically the technician Mr. Arabinda Debnath not receiving my call as I saidto Mr Sen all calls has been recorded.(3) SDL had charded rupees 300as service charge where as maker Kenstar service charge is only 250rupees.Review on 5.12.19.Be very very careful as they are not reliable.I am a senior citizen. Few months before they came to home to service my water heater which was under warranty and took 2100 rupees. But the problem was not solved.2nd technician came & demand 300 rupees we refused.After long debate with Mr. Sanjib Sen 3rd technician came and demand another 2500 rupee as both Coil and overload protection was damaged.again after long debate withMr Sen 4th technician came and dramatically findout no issue with heater. Not only that The thermostat cost is normally start with rupees 150 where as Mr. Arabinda Debnath charged rupees 1800.which bill not yet delivered to me . I called Mr.sanjib Sen and the technician Mr.Arubinda Debnath multiple times but every time they denied .same has been informed to police station .Planning to move to legal adviser or C.M office..

I have booked AC repair service from this company.Very quick and Nice service by professional Technicians.My problem solved like magic.Thanks SDL Technology.Wish you All the best.

Sdl technology took power board of my TV on 6th Jan 2019 today is 9th June and sdl dont know that they have power board with them. They are unable to identify their engineer too. Worst service and biggest mistake in calling them for service. They even said 22inch ka tv ka itna kya baat hai.May be I have to take help of policemen for getting my power board back.Resolved after calling their HO. Ho peoples are customer friendly.
