One of the most honest and truly professional laptop repairing services in North Kolkata. They repaired my ASUS laptop for only 2500, which was one third the amount demanded by the cheats and fraudsters at Emall. Mr Bag was super amicable and did the job with minimum delay. Great service and very friendly staff. Provided trustworthy service and genuine pricing for the motherboard and original Lenovo adapter. They claim that if they cannot repair then they do not charge. They replaced my motherboard and took only the price of the motherboard saying that they did not repair anything. So no charge

My laptop screen became faulty. I did few inquiries and got to know the problem of my laptop and the charge for repairment (which was quite high). I checked for some alternative online and found this service centre to be reliable. I contacted them before visiting. I required a screen replacement. They solved the problem in much less time and charged reasonably. I found them to be customer friendly and cooperative.Suggestion: if your machine is out of its warranty period then dont go through the process of contacting the companys service centre. Whatever the problem, they might end up charging 25% of your products MRP. Companys servicing is good only when your machine is within the warranty period.I will recommend this service centre for any kind of laptop-desktop related issues.I got my problem solved in the middle of a Lockdown.

I am sharing my true experience this service centre engineers are so manipulative they have big contacts with laptop dealers and service associtaes so they earn a bulk of money from them so they dont have any problem if a you go to them or not now lets come to the servicing part they will ask you to change all parts and ask you for a huge money for that i had a hp laptop which they considered dead and want me to change the motherboard after changing mother board they told me i have an issue with ram and and harddisk my machine was not running then they ask me for more money and then when i said you should tell me before doing this his behaviour automatically changed he started talking in a high tone karwana hai toh bolo nahi toh isiko lekar paise dekar jao humara kaam tha machine boot karwana woh kardiya i mean seriously they charge me (9,000 INR) for that i will recommend you never go for that shop they are not experts for servicing they are just running their business here and they are sucking money during this crisis #NOVALUE OF HUMAN HARD-EARNED MONEY AND EMOTIONS. I am repenting on my decision to went there i am feeling a huge regret. They are fraudsters they dont known how to repair things. 😠😠😠😠😠

I had gone to this place for a laptop screen replacement during the CORONA pandemic. while the lockdown was going , i needed a screen replacement. I was glad that this service center was open and available. Once the restrictions were lifted I visited the place. The person looked in the laptop screen and quoted a price which was at least +1000 Rs , He agreed that the price quoted is higher because there are no stock available and he has to get it from some other godown. Yes, i still got my job done but the experience was that of being ripped off with a exorbitant charge of Rs 4.5K for a LED screen. Thanks for helping but I will not recommend anyone to go unless you have nowhere else to go. This is not the time to loot people and take advantage of their helplessness in guise of helping them in crisis. Bad karma brings bad name.

Smooth Experience . Quality Experienced guys fixing machines at a friendly and homely atmosphere . The guys are rather good with expert techies like me too , because I figured out the problem of my laptop myself and just wanted to change the keyboard , they didnt argue with me to prove they know better instead they just checked if my description of the problem was correct and did as usual .

These guys are very bad technicians they dont know how to repair they just replace your parts and perhiperals and componentsTrust me they will loot your money very cleverly by telling you bunch of lies they charged me (10k) can u imagine (10k) for a service i strongly recommend you please dont go there unless you want to waste your money.

They are good for small problems in PCs.One staff of their I think over confident of what they can do.I given them to repair my laptop and take backup of my data , they ensured me that they will recover my data but Though they repaired my laptop but they are not able to recover my data. So quite disappointed with their commitment that they can recover my data.

Dont believe the reviews posted above mine ... these reviews are posted by either a non techie or another trickster among them ..i simply went their to get my laptop clean from dust accumulated in the past, the moment they opened my laptop hatch , they exclaimed my fan got overclocked due to use and i should replace as soon as possible ...as i denied their service they damaged my laptop Wifi card for another visit ...thus in my next visit the scammed me dry by replacing my well working fan and also charging me to install network drivers (note:i tried using different os(Ubuntu 18.0 lts ) which also didnt connect my home network )....they charged me for installing basic 801.11/b WiFi drivers :P ...any way they wont be satisfied if you only pay 500rs for cleaning only
