Better that calling it a shop. I would like to call it a thief centre. They stell your latest parts and change with a old parts. And recommended you not to open and parts and bring it directly to them, for future repair work.I gave them my computer for repairing my USB port. And they took the CPU and kept it for over a week and when they returned it after the repair work(on 21st of February 2019). And today(8th of March 2019) I checked my details and was shocked to find that it was replaced with a Intel Pentium processor and that too of a very of generation.

The worst shop in barrackpore!!!!.....I urge all never to buy any laptop from this shop as after 2 years when I went to the shop to repair my broken display screen,to my surprise I came to know unexpectedly that the hp laptop which they sold to me two years ago had its screen already hampered.when the engineer of the same shop opened the laptop,the screen was cellotapped inside and the engineer asked me when did I break it before.I told them that its the first time its screen has been opened and they found themselves uncomfortable and were countering me insted.I have been cheatedfrom this shop and now I find myself guilty of not having bought from hp official stores.beware of buying products from that shop....
