Can you guys fix the problem of my card GTX 1060 3gb zotac my card is like my my computer is not working even the cpu fans are not moving while my graphics card is connected but when i just took out my graphics card out of the motherboard everything starts normally cpu fans are moving what is the problem then please help and can you fix it ?

Thisll be long review. Please read it, very important. Well I must say that THEYRE VERY CLEVER, specially Mr Haq(one of the worker). They may be skilful but very clever. I went with my PC monitor on 11th August, 2020 with its starting issue, that day the owner was not there. I got it done for 600/- by Mr Haq without any bargaining at all(1st Mr Haq said 750/- then he himself settled for 600/- saying Im old customer). He fixed it within 10 mins. So far so good. when I asked Mr Haq about its result, he sounded pretty confident & said,Were experts, we dot take much time to fix things. Giving you 1 month warranty. If anything happens, come back. So far its good. Now on 21st August 2020, I face the same problem again. On The very next day, 22nd August 2020, I had to run to them again. This time I informed the owner in the morning about the whole issue over phone. He was gentle & welcomed me. Reaching the shop, Mr Haq now tells me that my LCD display is ruined, its a different issue from before. This time he charges me 900/-. Upon requesting them about some discount this time, they were totally against it. Even the owner didnt support me at all. I said that, just 1 week back I invested 600/- so please cut down on the budget this time, as they themselves gave me 1 month guarantee. But they were adamant. I really dont get what kind of customer relationship is this! On one hand, they say that theyre experts can solve matters in minutes & when I reach them 2nd time with the EXACT SAME ISSUE, they say these problems are very critical to find, can happen due to many aspects. If theyre so expert, then how come they detect the SAME PROBLEM in two different ways??! Im very hurt I must say. Investing 600/- for 10 days & again asking for 900/- for the same issue is not done at all. Im giving them 2 stars just for the owners good behaviour but whats the use of only good behaviour when they cant sendoff the customers with a happy face??

Not yet visited but the way I spoke over the phone , it seems the offer great service . If they are unable to offer required services then they will guide you where your required goods or services are available .

DONT GO THERE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY CHEATED WITH ME. I REPAIRED MY PC MONITOR RS-1300/- FOR POWER PROBLEM. AND MY PC MONITOR DISPLAY IS OK CONDITION AT THAT TIME. WHEN TECHNICIAN REPAIRED MY MONITOR THEN BLUE LINE OCCURS MY PC MONITOR. NEXT DAY WHEN I GO TO THE SHOP ,THEN THE OWNER IS TOLD ME THAT THIS IS A PANEL PROBLEM BUT MY PANEL IS TOTALLY GOOD CONDITION AT THAT TIME. THEY COMPLETELY DENIED ME TO FIX MY PROBLEM. AND I LOST RS-1300/- JUST IN 1 DAY OF AFTER REPAIR.DONT GO THERE. BE CAREFUL. BE AWARE FROM THIS SHOP.

My experience was good in the first instance. Home pick up repair and drop was great. I wish they handled my monitor a little better to avoid dents and scratches. Explaining which part would be replaced would be nice.

Great service by competent people. Although from outside it doesnt look like a reputable place but I brought my Asus laptop after keeping it over a month in the service centre who still couldnt fix it. Here they did it the very same day and with 1/5th of the estimated cost told in the service centre. Laptop was out of warranty BTW.

I went to the shop with hard disk not working. Asked them to check whether the data can be retrieved. I was told that they will be able to tell me in one hour. I thought I could not wait for that long.....I told them I will take it after some days and gave them the hard disk to do the needful. But I got a call saying my data could not be retrieved. So I went back to take my hard disk. I was given a hard disk that was opened and not put together properly. I was just wondering if they told me to come back after one hour....they would obviously not have opened the disk. This is exactly what I told them...just to see if data could be retrieved. Now I get a hard disk that was opened. Hard disk are supposed to be opened in dust free rooms.

Last week I took my laptop to Matrix Infosys because one my friend recommended me. I have lenovo G500 and the issue was it wasnt getting charged. I was out of station for 6 months. When I came back saw this problem. They diagonised the problem and within 24 hrs theyll fix it. When I came next day they did their job accordingly and charged me very competitive price. Experts are really good having high technical knowledge no doubt;but they do rough work and want to finish the work as soon as possible and for this your laptop may scratch or they may not done all connection of the inside of laptop or all scrue may not adjusted,you have to see how they setup your computer_as per my own experience.
