Basically they dont do any service, if any product is defective within the warranty period they just exchange it with a new one otherwise no repairing job. I went to this place and the person whom I spoke to was very rude, I was speaking to him and he just left his seat as if there is nobody infront of him, I looked for him for few moments thinking he might come back but he didnt return so I left the place dissatisfied.

What a shameless behavior of technical staff. Bought a usb headset from lalani and waited so long for the testing, when asked the technician to please check and let me know that mic is working properly or not, then he started shouting with no manners and rudeness attitude..As a professional I suggest everyone better use any other store or online shopping for any product instead of referring lalani. Such a disrespectful and shameful place for the costumers.

Bought a laptop (30june20)which was (out of warranty) period and the laptop was in their stock for about 2years. That they have cheated. and within a month i am facing severe problems. Battery is draining out completely within 30mins.... I went to the shop(18th of July) after using for about 20days.. They did not co operate with me..yes they are not willing to speak anything regarding this.... And the most important thing as Im eligible for replacement any parts of my laptop... requesting everyone please dont ever buy anything from this shop.. I even cant explain such harassment Im facing off.... Pls Pls dont buy anything....

I have purchased many products from this store. Even I personally know few sales person who suggested and supported my for some products. But recently I have faced one issue and decided not to visit this store again. I went to purchase surface pro and everything fixed and given the advance so that I can get the product on that very day. But when I went back to withdraw cash they called and told me that the product will not be available. So I asked them to adjust the money for some other purchase in future. But now I received a msg from them that if I wont take the product now then the amount will be non refundable. Thanks to Prabha who help me with this whole deal and also benefited the will advance money.

This is a 3 storey building which is quite famous for computer peripherals and electronic gadgets.However, they do business in only a few brands so dont expect to go and have a great experience choosing from an array of devices. They also do not keep many models of any said device of the same brand which gives the customers a very narrow choice.I had to buy a speaker, a 5.1 surround speaker to be precise. All they could offer me were 2.1 speakers from 2 brands and 4.1 from only two brands. Even then the products were over priced. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have no choice at all.The chandni market is nearby so youll get many shops to chose from.

I went to there store to check what was the prices of the products that I need.! First of all I asked for i5 4460 and they gave me the information of i5 4440..!! Whats the #%₹₹& I said I need i5 4460..! They said both are at same price...!! Now my head went blank. Still I was standing in there.. After telling what I need they dont even have the details of most of the products when others did. I was kept waiting and waiting. No doubt they will talk to you very nicely if you are a customer already and bought some products from it. I left the shop and headed towards my favourite MD Computers.

I am a regular customer of this shop. But recently my experience is bitter. They are not at all co-operative and always suggest inferior quality of product. I always kept a spare set of key board and mouse. I purchased one in middle of July, 2018. The set is not working at all. They never check the product before selling it to the customers.Today I went to the shop with the product. They dont even bother to check the product and directed me to visit the service center. The most of the sales person are busy with mobile phone continuously and gossiping between them. None is there to support a customer.This is the last time I stepped in this shop.

If you are well versed about the details of how laptops work then and only then buy from here. They dont communicate clearly and later the customer faces all kinds of trouble. After buying laptop they did not partition the disk during configuration . When enquired they were telling to buy 32 gb pendrive and extra charges will be levied. How often does one keep 32 gb pendrives? Moreoever they shud tell these things while showing laptops not after the bill is settled. Infact partitioning doesnt even require 32 gb drives. In addition to that they didnt even install key apps which are necessary. Anyways. Lots of variety of products available one can choose from.

Worst service provided by the company. I went to their service center for my laptop motherboard repair. Initially they charged me 4500 rupees by stating its a graphics problem. After three weak they returned it and within use of few weeks I found the same problem. They promised to change and will implant a new graphics card in my motherboard. But they have done nothing and I found the problem persists. Again I had to go to their service center at chadni chalk, and this time they suggested to change the motherboard. They charged 11500 rupees and again took three weeks for the service. Within 2 days I have found the same issue returned back. Its evident that they have done no servicing and looted 11500 rupees from me. Also I had to visit at least 5 times times to their service center in between. A total harassment and all the amount gone in vein. Really the service center has no expertise and only for cheating people. Also whenever I tried to call them and asked to pass the line to manager, some operator picked the call and reluctant and asked irrelevant questions. I had to go to 5 times as in person to state my problem. But after so much waste of time and money none of my single problem is addressed.Request all to do a background check before taking any service. Thanks.

Worst experience... Went to ask for a estimate of building a Desktop, after handing over the specifications list, the lady said will whatsapp me with the quote as knowing the prices will take time, the store was empty and I was ready to wait but still I was assured that I will get the list on my whatsapp number. After 5 days I.e yesterday 23rd march I once again visited the shop and the same lady was there and when asked about the list, she said I will send you the list by today evening. Its more than 24hrs but no update. I will suggest, instead of spending so much on advertisement, keep some good employees who will help customers.

Very bad experience. They took 2 weeks to change a single usb port. After charging a high amount (600 INR, although I had a warranty card aka Gold card) the personal had shown me the usb port is working by using a pendrive. When I get back to home and tried with a mouse I found the same problem which I came across before. The most dissapointing part is when I called them they behaved very rudely. This is just ridiculous!!

Service was pretty bad. They had lots of limitations but they didnt think those they have. Behavior wasnt good either.

Complete fraud! I got the RAM of my Laptop replaced by them. They refused to give me the original RAM purchase bill and said it is not part of the company policy. Within 2 weeks, there were system performance issues with the RAM. When I visited the store with this issue, they said they are not liable for this whereas minimum warranty for a new RAM is 5years!

Me, my friend and his aunt went there some months ago for her mobile servicing...there she got that at a reasonable price and the mobile is working properly still now..

Dont Buy From Cheaters, All Scraps they sellBad, arrogant behaviour from salesperson. Even n some products you will find unnecessary high price. I had bought 2 assembled pcs. I found little problems with accessories like scroll of mouse is stuck. Monitor HDMI Jack is loose. New creative speaker got problem even within 2-3 months since I had bought. After 2 years when I got repaired they damaged the Intel Mother board, so that I buy another one from them. Even the service engineer trying to sell some useless scrap motherboards.If u ask for any genuine brand they will say that is not available or charge much more than actual. So, I bought ASUS Motherboard from other shop and assembled. Recently I had to repair my another desktop.I got my machine after 7 days when I knock them up. When I ask to install Frontech SMPS , as always thats not available. They sell their own homemade Consistent smps. Not only this the 7 days they delayed, they copied movies, opened my personal documents. After one month I again found my pc is dead, the problem is the PSU. When I hadnt found the SMPS service center in the mentioned address I reached the Lalani Store, the service staff took the smps and said that the service center got changed, he doesn`t know the new address, so he will replace it. They took 7 days to replace only a smps. I found the seal of new smps is broken , even the service attendent didn`t want to show the display connecting smps. When I brought that home , installed, and found again machine is not starting. Again when I went there they dont provide the service center`s new address, replaced the smps with new one, which i also found dead and scrap. Finally I gave up losing time and Rs. 531/-.So, I recommend not to buy the scraps they sold in higher price using their brand.

In one word arrogant. Exactly the stuffs are same. I went for buying a laptop. Firstly they tell u the price much more than actual. Then u have to negotiate a lot. well if they come to an agreement and when u finally buy the product and go to payment they surprisingly charged u 500-1000 rs more with some silly excuses which never mentioned before. If u deny they just ignore you and start some argument. Even they do some insulting talks.You never like this when you are excited to buy a new laptop.Specifically its very disappointing their sales head in laptop department that guy too dont know how to behave with new customers. When I asked him for help he roughly told me go from here.do whatever u can.I dont care. etc .I request the head of this brand kindly teach ur boys to help people instead of insulting them. Worst behaviour and they denied to provide service of my boat earphone and told this model(Rockerz 255) only support online service.

They charge you 1.5% extra for card transaction and even they dont mention it in d bill. These people are worst at customer service. I recommend not to go as you can save just 20-30INR more. Avoid Lalani Infotech for sure.

I gave my laptop for servicing. Now after I received , WiFi isnt working. I wanted to go against their fraudulent but felt reluctant . Their servicing department is fishy I am telling you. They disassemble good parts with cheap Chinese parts .I think something they hv done with my WiFi driver or exchanged, who knows. Disgusting. And they take ₹900 just to install a pirated windows 8. Staffs hv never heard something about customer friendly. Not recommended at all.
