I wish I could give them - ratingSo one of my friend bought RTX 2060 SUPER from KRG COMPUTERS (Kolkata) in January and hes total newbie in this tech thing, after few months he found out that the shop provided him a RTX 2060 6GB instead of a SUPER Card and even the box which is provided say its a RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB, Dont buy from this shop they are trying to Scam people who have no idea about components. Better stop selling stuff.

Services and products are excellent. Always receives proper advice regarding IT products

Very good shoo with much reasonable price. Staffs are cordial.

After payment the behavior of employee suddenly change. They dont care what you get what you not. Also they have limited stocks. They arrange almost every parts from other shop , which takes almost 4 hrs. So until you fully satisfied please dont pay full amount. Good luck if you reach out to this shop.

Nice experience. Even had a minor issue while delivery but it was timely resolved at this time of Covid-19. Staff is very helpful. Quick Customer care response being the key.Would recommend this to everyone. Good product, timely delivery, easy payment methods.

Kind a like this place. Good place for gamers. Budget pricing for gaming PCs.

Very unknown but a reliable website for components. Ordered a case and received in a good Condition. Kolkata to Goa. Keep up the good work.

Good price and good support

TOTALLY UNDERRATEDI was looking for the new corsair 4000d airflow, since every other sites were literally sold out, so i reached on this page.I was skeptical in the beginning, because the websites werent maintained properly. which made me back out at the last moment. Then i recieved a call from them , they convinced me to trust them.I took the leap cause i wanted that cabinet badly. So i paid the money and what do you know, its sitting at my tabel right now. These guys needs to be recognizedAlso the service the provide is way better than what ive seen from mdcomputers and any other websites.

The staff are friendly and has best priced products in Kolkata. The main office is located just near Embassy Hotel. The entrance is from the Anmol Hotel gate at 2nd Floor.

Very nice experience with KrgKart. I brought a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Windforce 2x GPU. Delivery is quite fast and also very good packaging. Installed the GPU and it is working fine. Overall I am happy with the service.

You can buy PC accessories from here in a cheap price

I bought a gigabyte motherboard from KRG. I came back and placed the processor and RAM and it did not work, I went back to the head office where service is offered. The type of service by the engineers and the proactive involvment of the management really overwhelmed me. Great place to visit

Received my case fan in perfect condition, nicely packed and fast delivery.

Top Notch quality products, fantastic Service , very secured packaging and on time delivery. Best part is the pricing of the products as its very competitive to other suppliers and reasonable making customer happy. Thank you to the owner who always called me up whenever any small info had to be provided for the order. So, it was a happy and satisfied shopping experience.

Recently bought corsair LED strip from KRGKart and I got a call very next day about order confirmation and the item was shipped by evening via FedEx on the same day. Really impressed with the service. Also, the pricing is competitive. I will recommend this site for buying PC components.

It has been 8 days now, I have purchased an AMD processor from krgkart.com, paid fully upfront but yet to receive any response. My order is in placed status for more than 8 days. No one picks the ph number provided on the website. Even no reply of my email. Not a way to service your customer, if you cant fullfil the request why take one. Atleast reply to the ph call, email. Send an acknowledgement or receipt.

Krgkart not reply my whatsapp msg very bad service I paid online they seen my msg but not reply

I was a bit skeptic before purchasing on krg as i wasnt aware of it but turns out its one of the best sites for getting computer parts and stuff and certainly their prices are unbeatable

The Krgkart doesnt have cash on delivery option . So from my view it was untrustable.

Very good service, the prices are really good as compare with other online websites.good packing and fast delivery.👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had some very good recent shopping experiences with KRGkart. The quality of service and prices were one of the best I got on online shopping.I ordered these items recently :1. ASUS A320M-K motherboard2. Ryzen 3 2200G processor with Radeon Vega 8 graphics3. Corsair Vengeance 3000Mhz 8GB DDR4 Desktop RAM4. Corsair SMPS VS450 with active PFC5. NZXT H500 Cabinet (Black-Red)6. Western Digital Green 240GB Internal SSD7. LG 22 FHD IPS Monitor - 22MP68VQI got those items (all of them) at cheaper prices than most other sites (including Amazon and Flipkart too). And I got some freebies too. Thanks for that. What was good :1. Prices2. Service quality3. Packing was absolutely great4. They provide after sales support too (😎 though I havent used it since theres nothing wrong with the items I purchased)5. Shipping was very fast. Got them within in 2 days. What was bad :1. Nothing I can think of right now.

Great deals on computer hardware. This site helped me save a lot by providing prices much lower than popular sites like Amazon and mdcomputers.I bought my desktop cabinet(NZXT H500), PSU(CORSAIR CX650M) and Motherboard(MSI Z390 Gaming Edge AC). They delivered all the above items in good condition(through FEDEX) and did not charge delivery fee for my Motherboard and the PSU. Thanks again.

I was looking for a NZXT cabinet and I was unable to find it in Mumbai. Even the authorised dealer in Mumbai didnt have it so I started calling all the NZXT vendors across India to find if anyone has it. Krgkart had it but I was a bit sceptical if they will be able to send it from Kolkata on time because I needed it urgently. Sanjay assured me one day delivery and he made it happen. I received the cabinet in perfect condition within 24 hours of ordering. FedEx was on time and the packing was great. Thanks to Sanjay and Krgkart team for such quality delivery. I recommend them.
