This is a very bad place to brought something you dont know about. They will recommend you anything to make there sale regardless of your actual need. If you brought this and it dont fit in your system you cant return this. If you will try to explain that they recommend you they told it will be fine for you then they denial that whatever they said.If you argue with them they will turn into like bunch of criminals specially the chief person seated beside the cash counter. He can beat or bite you if you argue with him. So careful...

Worst service, worst shop in all of madhyamgram. Would never recommend it to anyone, never. I bought a foxin mouse and after a few days, it stopped working. I returned it to the shop and they said that they will forward it to the company repair shop. I left the mouse there for a month. Came back, asked if the repairs were done, and boom. The mouse was still there in a drawer, yet to be sent for repairs. Then, as a replacement, they gave me an Intex, yes u heard right, an Intex mouse as a replacement, not even a new one, it was a refurbished one. And not having any other option, I took it. Used it for 2 months, now the buttons stopped working. And today, I need to go and buy a new mouse.

I am seeing many people are happy with the shops services but I found it extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. Reluctant to give any information on Product availability over phone and trying to sell different Product all together. If this is the attitude of the shop to new prospective customers, dont want to test after sales service.

Its really very bad experience with Hi tech solutions. While submitting my laptop for keyboard n hainge change they assured me to return back on next day but on next they they asked me to come 4days later. But when I called them after 6days they were talking like irresponsible person. They were blaming each other rather sort out the problem. After 15days I got my laptop without changing the keyboard. Moreover they are too busy in their own world that they didnt give any update regarding the laptop status. I had to call them every alternative day to know it.N hainge its not changed at all. They charged me 2000/- for holding my laptop for 15days. Its really pathetic experience with them. Not recommended if u care for ur laptop.

They are not professional at all. They dont know how to behave. They think of that by giving a little less rate they are purchasing our self. But trust me, you can get even better price in market.

I bought a Frontech JIL-1731 game-pad 1 week ago form this shop the controller was not working properly after 1 week so i took it to them and they told that the product was working fine and told me to reinstall the software of the product .But after doing that they told me to do the game-pad still doesnt work properly but when i called them replace my product they were talking about extra Rs 250/- of money for rechecking the product after rechecking they cant solve it and told me to go to the frontech service center .Means now i have use my money to claim the warranty of the product.They didnt provided me the service i required

Very bad experience..on the date of delivery Which was after 7 days , it is being told display is not working n it will take some more time.I gave it for total servicing and its hintch was broken so they told me it will take 5 days but after 7 days the laptop was not even loaded with os they told me it will take one hour but when i arrived they gave me the above reply.still now they cannot commit a time which is very unproffestional.Will not suggest this shop to anyone.
