Recommend calling before visiting the store.One of the best after sale services.Price point will always be lesser than what you may find at Amazon on a regular day.Behaviour and cooperation is also nice as they are very polite and hospitable.They also have a service team who irrespective of the hardware might go above and beyond to fix things. However service charges are higher as they have good technicians.

Honestly has to be one of the absolute best computer stores around here. We may lack places like microcentre here but medium size stores like these are absolutely amazing, specially for recurring customers.Would 110% recommend to anyone. Always have had very good experiences at extremely good prices.

I will share an incident. You can call it a story. And its true incident. I went to buy a new computer on 30th May 2020. It all went well till the time of making payment. I carried my credit card for the payment and they readily agreed. But things turned into a time where I could not pay through my credit card. I tried many a times but it didnt work. And this is the best part of the story. Mr Nityananda Majhi, owner, told me you take the parts with you and I will send someone who will assemble at your place. Can you imagine how much money I owe to him? Fifty thousand rupees. Though I paid him couple of days later but it is really amazing. Such a great humanity. Thank you Majhi Da.

My experience with this shop has been very bad and what I felt that they were not professional. I went there to get my laptop keyboard repaired. They quoted a price of 1400 + 450 (for fitting charges). And also said they would need 24 hours!!!(why on earth??!!! make your own guess) for fixing the keyboard.I immediately went to E Mall in Chandni chowk and got my keyboard fixed for Rs. 1500!!! All inclusive. And i got it within 1 hour. And the work done by them was exceptional. So, my suggestion would be to stay away from this place.

One of the most renowned computer store in D. H Road. Peripherals are reasonably priced, staffs are well behaved but not updated compared to other computer stores in Kolkata.

I purchased a charger for my hp laptop from the store....they sold me one with a different pin diameter and gave a convertor with an output pin similar to the one I require for my laptop telling that the adaptor i require is not produced by hp and only the one they are selling is available everywhere...which was a blatant lie....since i had an urgent requirement of the charger i had to purchase from them with the convertor as hp store is very far from my house...they said the convertor is easily available in the market when i told them that if the convertor stops working the new adapter will be of no use....2 months down the line,the same thing happened...the convertor has now become loose and doesnt charge as a result....i went to their store,they said they dont have a convertor and will bring one from me 2 days later....2 days later i called them up...they plainly said this is not available....now only within a period of 2 months i again have to purchase another new adapter because of them cheating and lying to sell the product.....this was my story....i expected them to be good sellers initially when i went to purchase as they seemed very well intentioned,they said i have over spent for my laptops panel changing that i did from a different store and they said they would have done it in half the price...alas i was decieved....

Staffs r not helpful .Today l went there for partition of hard disk of my HP laptop and they charged 300 Rs.Firstly they were reluctant to give bill and told if we give the bill Additional GST will be added .....After argument the made a bill for partition of my laptop like this way.....Bad experience.....I dont have any idea what is the actual price for this service??????
