Today I visited Computer Gallery for my desktop servicing. I bought the same desktop from them in 2014. That time behavior of stuffs was good. But now I find they are not helpful at all. I waited there around 1 hour but none of them check what was the issue in my desktop. They only asked me to buy multiple parts even before checking my system.

For all your computer , printer and accessory needs walk in with your eyes closed , the sales persons are very helpfull , and they have a good variety of products too , and yeah they have a laptop repair shop upstairs where my experience was pretty good as they instantly detected the problem with my system and repaired/replaced the part without much fuss ! So imo the transparency is there and the store itself is very good , no duplicates , proper vat paid bills for warranty related issues ! I have been their customer for about 4-5 years now !
