Horrible service, worse than Govt employees. I had given a redemption request without a receiving copy, they Jolly well forgot to punch the same completely and they will argue that they dont have the same. Horrible service.
I would like to thanks Mrs. Keya Banerjee and Mr. Santanu Sinha for their immense help to process my KYC today. Without their cooperation it couldnt be processed in Saturday. But they should update their full address in Google. There are three Kankaria buildings. I walked more than 45 min to get the right one. The housekeeper of Kankaria building asked me to visit Kankaria centre and gave me the actual address. Thanks to him as well.
My person go for kyc in office they did not take papers for kyc. They also not given the manager no. In office there behaivier was very bad.
Guard was so unprofessional thinks he is the owner there, dont have etiquettes ,I went there on 14 July,very rude behaviour by guard deployed there on mention date in morning 11 am
The cc never picks the call. due to this i reached at their old address only to know that they have shifted. They should start ekyc via video call and adhaar to avoid trouble to customers or they should send their staff at home for kyc like they do when selling mutual funds. very harassing and tedious..better to invest directly in market than through them via mfunds. mf sahi nahi hai.
Very unprofessional staff.Rude security guard.Unlike Kravy, they donot offer a seat, or place to sit and fill up forms.Plus the window operator dont help with your queries. I dont think they check filled up forms properly.
There was a crowd around 11.30 am, so it is advisable to reach by 10. Staff were helpful, and my job was done quickly. Clean office at 2/1 Russel Street, 2nd floor.
