Overall good experience - the staff is polite and courteous. However, I was not completely satisfied with the spare part that they have given (apparently it was because of the shortage of spare parts during COVID).

I cant remarks about price because they charged huge amount of money. But they have good behavior. There are no packing place. I dont know about quality of service because of I took my laptop yesterday.

Even the showroom couldnt help with the problem. But this person within minutes ascertained the issues and rectified the problem. Liked his confidence and humbleness.

My laptop is within warranty period, but this centre refused to help citing the reason that they are not authorised Lenovo service center

The receptionist was extremely arrogant. She has a terrible attitude problem which could prove detrimental for the reputation of ASUS. My wife returned without getting services of the laptop, as she was not allowed to talk to the service engineer even over the phone as she waited for more than 2 hrs. There was a huge shortage of spares at ASUS Kolkata service center and the waiting time is 2 weeks minimum. My laptop is under warranty and it has come with a faulty battery which is not charging beyond 59%.

Worst place to repair your laptop. Got my keyboard changed for Rs. 2000 with the commitment that it will come under 6 months warranty. But after 2 months of using the laptop after repairing, the keyboard again stopped functioning. When I informed them about the issue and told them about the warranty, they simply denied that keyboard got no warranty. They again asked me to repair the keyboard for Rs. 2000. But as I denied, they made the laptop in such a condition that the graphics card along with USB ports also got damaged.So its my suggestion not to repair your laptop here unless you are the son of a rich father.

Its a very bad bad bad company in giving services. In my experience, I paid for Warrently extension still they are not providing me onsite service for my laptop and after buying laptop, within one month I am facing an automatic shut down problem in my lappi and they give a service for it but after using that thing, again I facing a same problem and still I am facing the same thing again again. Its a very bad experience. I am not gone suggest anyone to buy this laptop of ausu. Asus is a fraud company. Only fake promise they give to us and nothing will happen.

Shittiest service centre of baghajatin i gave my laptop 1st they said it would take 3500 rs then i said to return it to me since I dont have the money and they returned it by damaging my motherboard and everything and later it took me 7000 from another service center since i had to replace ta motherboard

It is not the official service centre of ASUS and the location of it in maps is wrong. It was around 100m farther than what maps was showing. Took me a while to find it.
