They offered me a quick and efficient service. I had by LCD screen and the lid of the the laptop fixed within 2 hours. Charge is reasonable having considered the quick service. The laptop was even picked up and dropped off at my place by the guy himself. Overall it was pretty satisfying.

From the bottom of my heart I thank Agarwal Computer services for giving me the best customer experience ever.The grass on other side of river appears greener this happens to us lot of kolkatans when it comes to computer or pc repairing. We always tend to go for big names or run to Chandani for any electronic repairing. It happened to me too. After a lot of running around and bad experiences (They always ask big amount so you haggle and still pay more money then you should ,sometimes you have to face their rude behavior too) I came to know about Agarwal computer services which happened to be in my locality ironically:) . Its a small service center in Tollygunj area .With my crashed Dell Inspiron 5559 I went there. Service personnel checked it up and told me the genuine problems (hard disk crashed and motherboard short ) . Believe me the cost of repairing he told me is much much less then what big names told me . Dell service center even asked me to change those parts which is very costly if you know. Now I am using the same laptop, writing reviews , same as the new laptop as if nothing happened.The best part of my experience is their behavior. Service man is professional and responsive. I got good value for money.I feel the genuine need to write review about them so more people can know about them and have same experience as me.I will rate them 5 out of 5 .
