Cheap hall for cost effecient marriage/religious ceremonies.Very popular amongst the Marwari community settled in Burrabazar kolkata.However, the building is not safe since there is no fire protection or emergency exits. Moreover, the walls of the staircases are painted with paan spit. The area stenches with the smell of slime.Visit is not recommened unless you have social obligations.

The temple is usually quiet and peaceful and above is the Dharamshala which has changed a lot in the course of time. It has AC facility in 3rd floor.
