Hospital service is very pathetic, they are not bother about the Covid care inside, some staffs like Receptionist Madam (I have photo as evidence), their PRO Saheb (I have photo as evidence) and security Guard too (I have photo as evidence), they are not using mask properly, they are not providing Sanitizer to patients relatives. Some of House Staffs are moving without mask, its horrible. All are shouting here like receptionist, One Manager short hight, Security Guard, Some other outsiders who are there well known etc.One Kakababu is there, he is also not weared mask in prpoer way.I have some photos as proof but not shared in this platform

Barrackpore city hospital is a private nursing home. All kinds of facilities available here. Some renowned doctors do their chambers here. The people at reception is well behaved and courteous. C-section delivery happens here under doctors supervision. Moreover its a neat and clean place to be at.

Ive given only one star just because the doctor had done a proper covid treatment of my father. But this hospital is the worst. First of all, the receptionists are ill mannered and unsmart enough and always misbehave with the patient parties as the patient parties are their subordinates! Theyre even often seemed very reluctant to receive phone calls! Secondly, in the covid ward, the nurses and nursemaids are sleeping on their duty! If the patient asks to check his/her BP or O2 level, only then theyll check, otherwise the would be busy with their sleep! Ill recommend no one to this hospital, theyre dacoits and are just waiting to snatch money from the patient parties and they do hardly care for patients. Dont go for this hospital, its the worst one.

This is an nice hospital good treatment facilities available here. Well clean and have good equipment for treatment. Also doctor, nurse all very well all stuff are maintained very well communication. This is a good hospital to make quick treatment and keep well health of patients.

Wrong treatment of patient leading to deathCovid test report needed 8 days. Until then the patient was put up in Covid ward leading to patient getting infected. Then they charged the patient additional for Covid. 1st Covid test result after 8 days came negative

My uncle did laparoscopic Gall bladder surgery in this hospital. We are very satisfied with the service of the hospital. Ward is nice and clean. Staffs were well behaved. Highly recommended.

My daughter (Arunima Das) was admitted in this hospital for the purpose surgery of Gall bladder under Dr. A. Mukherjee, Lot Col. Lap. surgeon who is well experienced doctor and who operated my daughter with a very fine tune for which our whole family will be very grateful & obliged in rest of whole life . the behavior of doctor is very appreciable as his clam & quite behavior highly commendable . On the other hand ,Shri Satyajit Ganguli who is P.R.O. of this hospital whose activities & clam & quite behavior highly commendable and in the area of Nursing Staff , I must say the name of Sister Sanjana Karmakar who very good nurse and One Supervisory staff naming as Shri Shyamal Chakroborty who very sincere & whose co-operation & assistance is also highly commendable . But it is also must be noted that authority should be more vigilant in respect of neat & cleanness..

My mother was admitted last year in August here.. Pathetic case happened she expired within 4 days being in ICU .. far below its standard ... I have lost my mother while the treatment was going on..theres negligence poor infrastructure while she was treated .our family now to suffer nothing more can we do .I believed them I gave her in killer hands... That time I was alone couldnt review failed to further inquiry ..They r inhumane .. just name same hospital no proper qualified specialist .. I hv lost beloved one I pray that never such happens to meine!!

Dr. Subhadip Bannerjee treated my grandfather in this hospital with proper care. Any word is less to acknowledge him.But the hospital must be more neat and clean and healthy. Management must compare themselves with the top rated private hospitals and Nursing homes in Kolkata and many other cities.

Very bad experience of this hospital. Doctors are good but the hospital staffs are not up-to the mark. Health assistant and nurse also less knowledgeable. Managers are also need more training to handle a customer as they are related with service .Also they charge 2% when u pay through credit card. And the management word was we give 2% extra to bank thats why we charge on Im. Even they not given any bill of extra 2% amount.

It was my fully bad experience. Not gating positive response from management. Specially maintain from (bubai ) he was very ruth always. Specially thanks all mailward sister .like ( akhi , kakuli, mousumi Roy, ).

Bad hospital. Incompetent doctors and staff. Due to delay in correct diagnosis of my patient (by 2 days) her condition deteriorated significantly and they quickly discharged her to avoid the blame. But by the time patient was moved to a super-speciality unit it was already too late. Later the patient expired.

The property is comparatively new and good. Dr. Sailen Saini is a capable doctor serving this hospital. The staff group is supportive. Management requires more attention.

No doctors are available in case of emergency. I admitted my father in serious condition, but after 6 hours his condition was ditoriate and the hospital was unable to arrange any specialist in 6 hours. Then I discharged my father. Staff are non professional and need to be trained. Never visit the hospital if you are concerned about your patient.

Worst experience. My patient was admitted here for 3 days. Although they diagnosed her having sepsis (blood infection) the patients family was not informed about it. Only in discharge certificate they mentioned about sepsis. While discharging they referred her to Institute of Neurosciences knowing well that she does not require any neuro support. She should have been referred to a multi-speciality hospital. Due to their negligence and late diagnosis condition of patient deteriorated significantly.
