This place is used as a banquet Hall for all propose parties and celebration. Fully Ac with big Rooms and Varandas and big stares looks like palace. It is also used for film and serial shootings.

This a good banquet hall for wedding party and family get together.This is situated near Rubi,hence convenient communication.There is a big lawn and a large ground.

Nice place open area for the folding section and lawn for ceremony n also has an in-house area good hall over all but if the no of people are a lot for instance around 1000and above the place might feel a little small in size

This is nice and cozy place.they have big lawns with one nicely decorated house. The Villa is also named as shooting Bari. Many tv serial shoots and movie shoots supposed to take here. The place has very beautiful calm . So you can easily stay here for 3-4 days with no cacophony disturbances.

I attended a wedding ceremony at this place.The location is a bit difficult to reach. Ambience is nice but space is limited. The place is not very spacious.

This place is located 2 min walking from Anandapur police station. From Ruby hospital it is just 15 away by car. Excellent place to throw a party. This white mansion is truly amazing nd beautifully maintained. Ambience ia awesome and attractive. I had went there to attain a marriage party and i simple love this place. Two storey building is ideal for marriage ceremony. Nice sitting arrangment and loads of greenery is there. I will surely recommend this place for booking any function. So once can book this place for their special occasion and i. Sure it will turn out to be a grand one

Beautiful n looks luxurious,, but mosquitoes will not allow you to enjoy if the function is in evening ,, it does not remain a villa or garden it become a mosquito villa,,, just coz of the open drain or gutter that flows opposite the villa

The villa is well maintained, the decor is beautiful. But before booking the villa do read the rules and regulations properly cause after taking the booking amount, they do take a security deposit amount which are returned back after the booking day, after taking the electricity and different charges from you which generally they dont mention verbally while discussion, so read the clause properly and then sign.

This place is very spacious, the building has got 3 rooms in the 1st floor with restrooms in each room. There is ample space in the front for creating stage, shadi mandap, seating area and starter counters. The backside is also very spacious to accommodate chairs, tables for eating and also food, desserts and live counters. The garden is well maintained.

A beautiful began Bari as they say. Very well maintained rooms which are Air conditioned. Spacious has balcony enough for around 80 people. Lawn at the front and back side lined by coconut trees. If you are looking to have a party in summer the lawns are going to be hot and sweaty.

Pros:1. Staff: polite and professional.2. Venue and rooms are clean and well-equipped with air conditioners, double beds and modern amenities in bathrooms.3. Check-in and check-out times are well taken care of.4. Venue cost is reasonable.Cons:1.The lawn is the venues main feature. So one can imagine what it feels to have booked the place and then the lawn is gone.2. In-house caterer is way below standards. So look for an alternative if you decide to book this venue.3. In-house event management company that does the decoration, drapes and flowers is good. However, dont expect them to create new ideas. They play only with a few of their set themes.4.The road from the E.M.Bypass is not well paved. So, expect a bumpy ride to the location.5. Suitable only for a small gathering. Preferably no more than 150 people, if you prefer a relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent place for ceremonial functions. Ample open garden for get together. Very neat and tidy.

We went for a office picnic. There was a gathering around 350-400 people. Its not proper for a picnic of that much gathering. It is appropriate for a wedding reception. It has no parking space inside, you have to park your vehicle on the road.

Its a nice two storeyed bungalow with gardens in the front and back, can be hired for weddings or any other function. The staff service provided is good and cooperative and they manage the lodging and cleaning quite efficiently.

To describe JMS Villa & Gardens Good is the best word to pronounce. The green lawn in front and the long palm trees side by makes the place splendid. The white bunglow with modern amenities and the backyard lawn is an added advantage. Locally it is known as Shooting Bari as this Villa is used in lot of Bengali TV serials.

Good banquet. But AC facility must be there for dinning areas. Floor of the open arena is needed to be covered with carpet. Else too much of dust is there. Fan is needed in the garden else it is horrible in hot and humid days to stay there.

Super cool place. A long garden at the entrance makes it perfect but not recommend for rainy day as it may spoil the outdoor decorations. However is interior is also home like decorated and its a good place to accommodate 250-350 people easily

Not a user-friendly place. No public transport is there to access this place. Only access by own car or Taxi or app cab. No sign boards are seen on the entire roadside to on the way JMS Villa. Entrance is shabby, from main road unable to locate or signboard is not there to identify. Inside front lawn small but maintained properly and back side lawn to small to gathered hardly 150 pax. The entire area is a little bit tidy. Pathway light and demarkation board to be required inside to assist outside guest, lack of Resorts side security guard not seen for safety major.

Beautiful Villa with ample space inside and outside open area. Very convenient location and easy to commute. Its a GEM. Love the place everytime we visit for various occasions like corporate get together, marriage functions etc.

A lush green place for all ur ceremonial needs , with state of art facility and warmth for each event . The best thing I like about the place is the owners are very supportive and welcoming .

Good place. But not very spacious. Just beside Ananda put police Station and 10 mins walk from Ruby General Hospital. The place has a front lawn a covered area and one backside lawn. Good for moderate gathering but not very good for larger number of guests.

Have been visiting JMs Villa since past years. Weve finalised this venue for our annual get together every year. The place is very convenient and centrally located with sprawling lawns and abundant greenery. Ideal for office gatherings and social events.

Location is good for marriage but very ill behaved lady owner who does not convey the rules and guidelines of the venue clearly. We had hired the venue on 9th February but had a very irritating experience at the end which spoiled the party. The attitude of the lady is far from acceptable.The place is not worth investing for marriage purposes as you never know whether you fall in an embarrassing situation in front of your esteemed guests .Be extra cautious about booking here.There was communication gap with the owner.Later it was successfully and amicably resolved.

A wonderful property in anandopur, behind Ruby Hospital. With a bunglow in the property, with 3 rooms and a small hall, 3 lawns, 50/60 car parking facility, makes it perfect for a wedding booking. This property gives u a country side feeling, although its located in the city.

This location took my experience in Kolkata to the next level and I highly recommend others to not miss this gem of a place.
